Evans Halshaw - Citroen and Vauxhall Mansfield Anmeldelser 

I bought a Citroen c5x from here 5 weeks ago I was told there was a full service history with the car but I didn’t get any service records with the car. Also there was no rear parcel shelf. The salesman said he would sort this out he did nothing,so I tried to sort it myself but the firm they bought the car from(enterprise)said they could only confirm to me that evanshalshaw bought the car from them with 40340 miles onthe clock but if they got I touch with them they could supply EV WITHTHEHISTORY and inturn EV could email it to me. So I then spoke to 2xbuisness managers also and the salesman again. It feels like I am being ignored hoping that I will forget this and go away I can assure you that I won’t. I have got all the E mails that I have sent and got a reply to I’m sure they are trying to get out of replacing the parcel shelf and can't be bothered to get the service history for me

I can't comment on anyone except Jordan, but I have to say how good he is. I told him what I was looking for & he listened to me advised me on a suitable car. He went through all the pros & cons & I didnt feel pressed to make a decision. I've been & picked it up today & he said if there is absolutely anything to call him. He was very knowledgeable & I would recommend anyone going there to ask for him.

Very poor customer service from such a large established dealership. I made 2 online enquiries about a car and on both occasions was totally ignored, no response or call back. They just lost a sale from me, as I would have more than likely have purchased the car if I had gotten a response. I then made another enquiry about the exact same type of car with a small independent dealer, and they responded almost instantly, with a friendly and very helpful manner. A note to Evans Halshaws, if you want sell cars, respond to enquiries!!!

What an easy experience we've had buying a used car from Evans Halshaw. Having done our research we knew the exact car we wanted and travelled an hour to the showroom where Anthony couldn't have been more helpful. Staying well beyond closing time we were able to test drive and negotiate a satisfactory deal into the evening. No pressure selling of ad-ons although we chose to include several of them and were able to spread the cost (thank you). Between doing the deal and collecting the car a few days later Anthony was happy to communicate on his days off and answered various queries quickly and efficiently. I'd buy from here again.

Car booked in for Airbag recall but was messed around from day one with regards booking the appointment and they cancelled the appointment because they ran out of stock, poor planning and management on their part.

I saw the car I wanted on Autotrader on a Sunday, it was exactly what I wanted so there was no real selling involved on the salesman's part (Charlie) so it was easy for him!! Monday the car was paid for Charlie had it delivered 3 hours away to me on the Wednesday. Turn around was very quick which is what I wanted, I had a private plate on my old car and they were great about not selling it until the plate transfer had gone through. Only slight criticism, it would have been nice to have a courtesy call asking how I was getting on with the car and did I have any concerns. But apart from that very happy indeed and when it comes to changing if they have the car I want again I would definitely go back there.
