Ordered a TV paid immediately. Order was confirmed and accepted with a confirmation email stating they would deliver on Tuesday. Get a call from the branch from a lady stating the will have to cancel the order as they don't deliver to bham which is NOT clear on their website.

Anyway in order to be refunded the lady asked for my LONG CARD NUMBER , CVV AND EXPIRY DATE!! when I didn't give it she started shouting on the phone WELL YOU WONT GET A REFUND THEN IF YOU DONT PRIVIDE US WITH THESE DETAILS!

I'm sorry but if I don't feel comfortable giving these details you shouldn't be so unprofessional. She was very rude and very unprofessional to me and made the whole experience of online shopping a nightmare!

On the other hand the manager Paul Adcocks called me back after the lady cut the phone call off and dealt with everything in a professional manner and apologised. Refund was in my account about 4 days later - however he kept me informed with confirmation receipts of cancellation

Word of advice - Please get someone else on the phone deal either your queries as the lady has no customer service skills watsoever!

Servizio pessimo ho quistato un forno che non funziona alla perfezione non cuoce a terra e uronics risponde non possiamo cambiare perche un forno usato il forno a nemeno un mese di vita enlo usato solo una volta riscontrato il problema e subito ho fatto presente e mi anno risposto che non lo posso cambiare io ora mi trovo un forno che non funziona e o speso dei soldi perché uronics sono una massa di truffatori e incompetenti mai mai piu faro un aquisto da uronics truffatori

This review is long overdue, but I have only just got the internet.
I met Chris and his team during the first lockdown when my washing machine blew up. As I was shielding I was nervous about having people in the house, but Chris and his team were brilliant. PPE, stayed in the kitchen and wiped everything down before they left. Since that first experience, Euronics is the only place I go for electrical goods and have bought a microwave, freezer, electric fire, the list goes on. My last purchase, a fridge freezer was delivered the day after my phone call by friendly, helpful delivers. All the equipment is very high quality and Chris and his staff faultless. I'd never use another supplier.

Bought a Small Fridge Freezer as I am downsizing, it had a broken freezer door so it froze solid anything you put in it and they arranged a replacement and 2 weeks later it appeared, I requested they unpack check and Move the door to the opposite side, needless to say they did not, the Westgate Branch do not know your products as it takes 4 hrs to settle and they insisted they wanted the old one, this will invalid the warranty by not doing this. so when this fails just another item for the skip.

I will give 0 stars if possible.
Won't worth telling how crap these people are; we will only help the management improve their lacune, and with all respect, there are other places to shop and get services.

After having a bad experience on Ebay that wasted two weeks of our time, I found a newer model of the tumble dryer from Sharp on the Euronics site. I purchased the dryer, a heat pump A*** model. Within 5 mins I received a telephone call from a local company, Roberts Radio who said would it be OK for delivery on the following Tuesday morning between 9 and 10 Am? Perfect for us. We received the mint perfect brand new dryer as promised at about 930 AM, delivered by a very nice professional gentleman. The service and comms were excellent, would I use Euronics again... oh yes TV next.. this is service as it used to be, 5 Stars.

I bought a Siemens heat pump tumble dryer which cost me £725. Lovely looking dryer but it took a long time to dry anything. Got in touch with Euronics they told me I couldn’t have my money back as I had used it. It took quite a while to explain I wasn’t happy with the dryer they finally gave me a full refund. So I would like to say a big thank you to Euronics for their help and understanding.

I have bought Sharp tv not impressed not happy with the poor picture very poor quality
I have contact customer service and basically they have told me that i can’t return the tv thats 3 days old because not faulty but poor quality thats mean they don’t care if the customers is satisfied with the product they only care about how to take your money and if you’re satisfied or not it doesn’t matter

I will NOT be using this company again, I have used them twice and on both occasions they have altered the delivery!. I ordered a fridge (my last breaking down the week before) and received an email saying it would be delivered SATURDAY 7/01/2023, so Friday morning my Wife did a shop buying items purposely for cold storage only to receive a phone call saying ("sorry it is taking so long but the fridge the carriers have received is damaged and they have been sent a replacement which will be delivered MONDAY!"). THIS IS A STANDARD EXCUSE AND I DON'T BELIVE IT FOR A MOMENT as it was not arranged to be delivered sooner. I Explained it is schedule for the following day only to be told WE DON'T DELIVER SATURDAYS! I contacted EURONICS but have had no reply. Surely a huge company like this would know the days there contractors deliver?.
The result is I have now had to through most of the contents that I bought out.
From now on I will be using AO on line

Al limite della truffa, ho comprato un asciugatrice il 06/12/2022. Ritirata dal corriere il giorno 08/12/2022 dalla sede di Perugia, ad oggi ancora nessun contatto dal corriere!!!!! Il call center EURONICS non sa' dove sia l'asciugatrice, pero' 750,00 euro se le sono prese il giorno 06/12/22.Adesso dopo l'ennesimo sollecito parte la denuncia.

Pessimo servizio post vendita,acquisto online un'asciugatrice,a distanza di 15 giorni ancora non arriva,non per loro mancanza ma per mancanza del corriere che ha ritirato il collo appena 2 giorni dopo l'acquisto.
Li contatto diverse volte per sollecitare il corriere ad effettuare questa benedetta consegna,considerando anche che dal tracking vedo che è già arrivata nella mia città da più di una settimana,le loro risposte sono molto vaghe.
Oggi li contatto per chiedere il rimborso,sono già trascorsi i 10 giorni lavorativi previsti per le consegne dal momento in cui il corriere preleva il collo dai loro magazzini,la loro risposta è che prima devo ricevere l'asciugatrice e poi posso chiedere il rimborso,assurdo e ridicolo,quindi potrebbero passare settimane o mesi e io non posso riavere i miei soldi???lunedì farò scrivere dal mio avvocato. Mai più

Great communication from purchase up to deliver of Bloomberg cooker, when the local cooker centre refused to take away old cooker because I had not chosen their gas engineer I received an immediate refund. Oven heat takes some getting use to, but over all happy with cooker, and eye level grill without putting my back bottom storage is a plus to store my baking tins.

Store in Heanor, Derbyshire. A lovely lady helped us, we had been let down by Argos and desperately needed a washer. Went in there on a whim, was surprised by the prices and the fact it included delivery AND installation. Bought a Beko washing machine, it was delivered on time, and installed the next day.

Toplex, Blackburn, phoned Thursday to check price on a Bosh Washing machine, they were more competive than Currys and AOL, it was fitted two days later, arrived on time. Fantastic service.

Over the last 4 years we have replaced all of the electrical appliances in our kitchen (range cooker, built in oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher). All were purchased from and installed by Euronics, Electrical Sales of Barrowford, Lancashire.
From the sales team through to the brilliant guys who look after installation, the service we received from them can only be described as 'first class'. We are highly satisfied and cannot recommend them enough.
