Easy, Courteous and Excellent Value
This was a great hire experience - got a nice little Clio RS line automatic for a week - new, clean and excellent runner. Booking and return was professional and painless. They went the extra mile and arranged a drop off for me at my house 5 miles away. Best value for money anywhere around here. I will be back again

Everything as it should be.
Hired a van from them at very short notice. Booked it at about 7pm on a Sunday night. The van was ready for me at 8.30 on the Monday morning. Got upgraded to a slightly larger van at no extra cost. Quick, friendly and efficient getting the paperwork done both before and after the hire. Van was excellent with absolutely no problems whatsoever. Reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending them.

Got a van hire from the bathgate office, both the vehicle and staff were excellent. Price very cheap for a VW transporter. Will definitely use again in the future.

Brilliant! Efficient quick and inexpensive. These guys are great. So much better than the majors. I lost my invoice and asked for a copy a few weeks later and they emailed me it within a day.

I would not even rate this company 1 star. Keep well clear!!!! They are nothing but scam artists. I was looking for a reliable company to hire a van from, and it most definitely wasn't this one!!! They have taken money out of my bank account without my permission and I'm talking hundreds of pounds! Investigation is on going and hopefully this company will get what they deserve. Robbing innocent people of their money. The kind of scams they do in Asia - making out like you made dents and scratches on their vehicles (on the roof), utter nonsense! ***PLEASE AVOID!!!!***

The vehicle inspection report was completed comprehensively while you were in attendance before any hire took place - Panel by panel. Any existing damages were marked down on sheet and shown to you, confirmed and signed by you.
The vehicle inspector had also advised you to take photographs of the vehicle at the time. which was refused.
The vehicle was returned with new damage on nearside rear quarter upper panel paint flaking off and long scratch, dent covered in residue. You confirmed at the time when asked, you were possibly hit by a passing bus.
To confirm, the actual damage cost is twice the cost of your excess liability, which is payable to repair the vehicle you damaged.
We have no intentions of making false claims against any of our customers. We treat all our customers with the highest integrity and dedication, we expect the same in return.
We offer a fair damage policy towards all of our customers. Customers are only liable to pay agreed excess liability in event of any damages, accidents, or actual cost to repair the damage.
We work to the highest standards and strive to provide the best service to all our customers.

This company makes fraudulent damage claims against it's customers. They are totally unreasonable when challenged and charge your credit card even as they nod and agree with you. Steer clear of anyone that does business like this.
