Hired a Luton van with tail lift on Monday and with only hours notice they had a van sitting ready for me fantastic service and the guys that looked after us were awesome went through all docs quickly and was in and out quickly but without feeling rushed which was superb so overall fantastic service and also the cheapest about and trust me I looked 😂 will definitely be back great work guys 👍🏻

When we had to hire a car at extremely short notice on a Sunday morning the Euro Hire team were available to help us. They supplied a new 71 plate Suzuki Vitara which was in extremely good condition at a really reasonable price. We had the car for 3 days with no issues at all.
We were very happy with the service provided by the Bathgate, West Lothian branch and can't compliment them enough.
Would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Used recently with a pick up and drop off at Edinburgh airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful, alway pick up the phone and answer questions. Also got a new car at a very competitive price.

My business needed a short term hire of a VW Crafter van at the last minute. I have to say the Euro Hire team were fantastic to deal with. They ticked every box. Very competitive rates, 100% professional and smooth service from initially taking the booking to showing me around the vehicle and return inspection. Spotless and clean both inside and out. Very helpful and courteous all round. Without hesitation, I will be using them again in the future. Cheapest van hire in West Lothian

Excellent service! Low cost, very efficient And professional front of house staff. By far my best customer service experience this year! Thank you to the professional and courteous team at the Broxburn branch! 5 stars!

The first van we got give had been well and truly over filled with oil, which wasnt noticed at time of hire, when we called when we noticed we had to drive the van back to bathgate instead of the replacement being brought to us like any reputable company would do. Costing us time and having to unload the van into the new van. Not even so much as a offer of partial refund to compensate.

We then were told refund of deposit would be done automatically and be in bank at most 7 - 10 working days, load of bull, it took 13 days and numerous phonecalls to get the deposit back. What more the office number rings and rings no one bothers to answer but if you call the premium rate number someone answers almost immediately and puts you on hold for a rediculous ammount of time which they seemily deal with your query which clearly they werent. Most unprofessional outfit in West Lothian, will be avoiding in the future.

Picked up a jumbo van from the Bathgate depot on September 19th. Process went really well. Van was presented well with a comprehensive run-through of the layout and any bumps or marks on it before I took it away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
