Very quick easy and at a great price

No notification of site closure when appointment had already been booked
My test was booked for 28 Nov 2021 in Asda Carpark Totton Southampton Hants. I had visited Asda on the Thursday 25th Nov so saw the site then, when I arrived on the Sunday 15 mins early the site was completely empty. I called the helpline to be advised that this site had been closed on the Friday 26th Nov. I DID NOT receive any notification of this. And was told I could get a full refund or go to another site. Some of these options offered were impossible for me to get to.offered places over 70 to 100 miles away. I had to then go to Portsmouth the next day to get the test done( this was over 30 miles out of the way) I was returning to Canada on 1st Dec and closure of the Totton site without advising was extremely stressful and very unprofessional. I will add the lady at the Portsmouth site was very helpful and reassured me I would get my results back for my flight to be able to continue, which I did. This being said I will NEVER use or RECOMMEND your company again given what happened.

We apologise for the failure to advise you that the test site you were booked at was closed. We should have contacted you as soon as we knew what was going to happen and we didn't. It was fortunate that you were able to visit another site to get tested at and that you were able to get your results back in time to travel as well.
We are sorry for the stress and inconvenience this situation has caused and we hope that this situation does not happen again.

I arranged both my PCR tests easily on line. Went to the test centre in good time for my appointment where the friendly staff explained what I had to do. The swab was done with supervision, packed, sealed and sent off and I recieved the result the next day. Really well done everyone. Congratulations!!

All went very well
I had little problem setting up the account and paying, chose to go to a nearby testing station. I realised I had booked on the wrong day as might not be able to get there and that was sorted by email. Arrived at the station and very good service but, by chance from boating activities, I knew the person in charge so proof of identity was easy. Had the result in exactly 24 hours, negative. Now trying to see how to put the result on my NHS record but that seems to be beyond that expensive Test and Trace.
