We went to Eurofins Romford for both Fit to Fly test and for the Day 2 test after returning back to the UK. For the Day 2 test we were quite late for the appointment due to some goof up with our car and had to take a taxi. The staff were friendly during both appointments. For the Day 2 test especially when we were late for our appointment, there were other customers waiting in the queue and we were worried if they will turn us back since we were late by more than 20 mins. Fortunately the staff accepted my apology for being late and accommodated the 3 of us at a desk where we took our tests one after another. The test results were available for download the next day morning (we gave our tests in the evening on both occasions) from their portal. Overall it was a smooth experience at the sampling site.

Only problem was that we had to register with 3 different email ids for the 3 of us and book 3 separate appointments instead of booking 3 people to be tested in the same appointment. Also, the online payment had to done 3 times due to them being separate appointments. If they had allowed booking appointments for the family as a whole it might have been a bit quicker with appointment booking and payment.

Taking test was okay got email results after 24 hours but could not open result, impossible to get through on phone was on hold 31 minutes, the operative couldn’t access results, put through to tech support and after almost an hour on the phone got my result

I walked into your London, Romford centre for a PCR test, without an appointment, during my lunchbreak. I was told that it was an appointment only service, which was fine. I then asked for an appointment but I was told that that I had to go back and book the appointment online. Surely your staff could have just given me an appointment.

I travelled on 3rd December and booked a2 day return to UK covid test. I returned on Friday 24th December. Email Eurofin to inform them of my test for Sunday 26th December.
I went there on 26th December but it was locked. No one at the branch and no-one is picking up calls. I managed to get through the emergency phone and the appointment was rescheduled for 9am on 27th. Got there and same thing repeated itself. I returned back to UK on Friday 24th and today being Monday 27th I am yet to do the test which was fully paid for before I travelled out of the country. No one to talk to, no provision for emergency and nobody bother to contact clients. This is an appallingly shambolic service. A wasted time, wasted journey from Wickford, wasted money travelling to the centre and dangerous for me.

Didn't come on time. No answer when i tried calling. Absolutely disgusting. Extremely stressful. Couldn't board the plane without PCR certificate. Avoid. Waste of money. Still waiting to hear on getting my money back. 17 days and counting.
