We have used Eurofins now on a number of occasions.The service from booking appointment to getting results is always easy and results always quick.Would use again if necessary and certainly recommend.

I had no problems with Eurofins...
I had no problems with Eurofins from the start of booking my PCR test online which ran very smoothly. However on the day of the test the person administering the test was off sick for the day which is fine but Eurofins could have contacted all whom had an appointment that day to let them know what was going on instead of arriving at a locked door with no info. Hence the four star rating. Overall when I did get to have the test the following day, the results came in pretty quick. Booking the day 2 test also went very smooth from start to finish so no complaints this side. I would definitely recommend this company for any covid tests needed.

I have still not received my result…
I have still not received my result back after arriving back into the UK on the 8th Jan.
I have sent a query on the 12th Jan and have still not received a reply!
Quick experience but don't understand why my result still says waiting.

Pre flight test with fit to fly
We went for our appointment and no staff turned up ! We called eurofin and was told some one was on route! After 4 phone calls we were told no one was coming until 1330 and should rebook. The wife was getting so stressed ive never seen her like that ! We rebooked for 1330 only to find both bookings under the wife name despite her confirming one for her and one for me . Yet another phone call and my appointment was yet again rebooked.
When trying to get the certificates to fly was proving difficult to get another phone call was made and finally problem fixed ! Will never recommend nor use again due to stress inflicted on my wife , terrible service !

Excellent service . We used the station based at Asda car park Cheltenham. Turned up, no queue, took test no hassle. Following morning results came through on email. Can reccomend.

simple and efficient
The location is basically a hut in a car park, but it actually works pretty smoothly. The processing was done quickly and professionally, as far as I could tell.

We arrived for our appointments at 1015…
We arrived for our appointments at 1015 the appointments were for 1025 !
Nobody came ,so I called eurofin direct and was told someone was on the way , 30 mins later I called again and was told there was definitely some one coming ! I called again 30 minutes later ( very stressed ) and was told there would be on one there until 1330hrs and we had to rebook our appointment! Will never use them again
