Would 100% recommend E.T.S to family and friends. Stayed open past closing time to fit me in on the same day. Cannot beat their prices, received multiple quotes from many different companies and E.T.S were the cheapest by far. Very friendly and amazing customer service.

Really helpful friendly guys who squeezed me in and helped me out of a jam! Price was less than half of what main brand companies quoted me who couldn’t do it for weeks!
Worked fast and had my screen done next day within an hour. Highly recommend

Emma was very helpful and accommodating on the phone and booked my car in the same day after having my passenger window broken. Was in and out within 30 minutes, Tim was very professional and polite and knew what he was doing. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received and will use again if ever needed.

Excellent!! Cannot remember his name but the fitter knew his stuff and the technology very well. I was worried that the windscreen would stop interacting with the dash but he talked me through why his method of fitting keeps the screen functioning correctly after fitting.

After discovering an unexpected broken window on my car on a Friday night, I was thrown into a bit of a panic about what to do - would anyone even pick up the phone on a weekend? Is this going to cost a fortune? So I jumped on ChatGPT and asked for recommendations and ETS came up top for Birmingham, so I gave them a call first thing on Saturday morning. They were so reassuring, so transparent in their pricing and made it a totally straightforward job, immediately all my anxiety was gone. Fast forward to first thing Monday morning, Greg was round before 9am and had the sad remnants of the existing window out and the new one replaced before we'd hit 10. Quick, easy payment over the phone, no faff, no stress and a lovely new window fitted in no time at all. Hopefully I won't have another broken window any time soon, but if/when I do I'll certainly be calling ETS to fix it.

Having been sent away by a big name company who were not prepared to help us and made out that it was a huge complex and expensive job, we called in with ETS Birmingham on the off chance they could advise us what to do with our leaking windscreen. They were extremely helpful, explaining what the problem was and they rectified it whilst we waited. They removed the windscreen and resealed it using the original windscreen. Whilst we waited they even made us a mug of tea. Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.

From speaking to Tim who talked me reassuringly through the whole process in detail to meeting their very pleasant and professional fitter, Martin, all the way to a timely and brilliant conclusion, every part of my experience was perfect, all at an astonishingly competitive price point. I could not be happier with my sparkling new windscreen after it was cracked. This family business is lovely to deal with. No hesitation in recommending most highly.

UPDATE: Absolutely superb aftersales service by the excellent Martin who arrived next day to troubleshoot and fix a rain sensor sensitivity problem I was having (no fault of ETS), all as part of the ETS customer care, and at no further cost to me. Simply perfect and so friendly and kind. Thank you ETS and Martin!

Firstly being able to talk to a very helpful man in the office who arranged for a replacement for our 20 year old windscreen. We were kept well informed, the man phoned in advance turned up on time and performed a professional and clean replacement. Can't praise too much.

I had a windscreen fitted to my van last Thursday. I have used this company several times. Good communications, good price and excellent attitude from the fitters.

I required an emergency replacement front windscreen for my BMW 520d. They sourced the Glass straight away and replaced it quickly. Tim was very professional, had great friendly banter and made me a lovely cup of tea while he installed the windscreen.
I would use again and highly recommend to anyone.
