Time wasters
Reached out to me about a relative that had passed away. I've no idea why since doing everything they asked I never heard from them again. Complete waste of time.

Accurate and effective communication
Being cold contacted makes one immediately suspicious in these days of fraudulent practices. I asked a number of questions to verify this was a genuine legitimate issue, which were answered promptly and to my full satisfaction.
Subsequent communications were accurate and effective.
Overall I was satisfied with the service I received.

Hi Neville,
Thank you for your feedback.
We appreciate that estate administration and genealogical research can sometimes feel lengthy and frustrating, particularly when beneficiaries are awaiting updates.
Due to the nature of our work, each case requires detailed family history research, verification of records, and communication with third parties before an estate can be progressed correctly. In some cases, this process can take quite some time depending on the complexity of the estate and the availability of records or responses from external organisations.
We are sorry to hear that you felt insufficiently updated during the process. We continually review our communication procedures and take your comments on board.
Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Best Wishes,
