No support or anything from customer service especially during THIS PANDEMIC. I did not agree to pay for custom fees, they hide the information about custom fees to make it seem like you agree to it but it's not in their policy but only appears on the product, when you click on delivery in small writing it mentions it. However, already paying a significant amount for shipping and protection. I receive my items but I am not able to refuse custom fees. I'm a struggling student during this COVID-19 pandemic and they expect me to cover £160 in Custom Fees which costs more than the actual clothes. I've supported the brand but enough is enough when they could not care about customers at all. They ignore my emails and when I explain my situation, they just say we know its tough but we can't do anything about it and so it leaves me in a terrible situation. I simply cannot afford the custom fees and I cannot refuse it, so it leaves me to barely afford my living costs if I pay the custom fees.
I never leave reviews, believe me. I want to support business like his who was started from scratch as I followed him on YouTube and observed his channel grow and introduce his brands but it's really hard to do so when they treat customers like trash. I've spent over 300$ on their website and that too for someone else. contacted customer service multiple times. Mark my words, I've never experienced such a bad customer service, they did not reply at all, even after all the explaining I did in the emails. I don't know if I'll order from here again, no matter the quality of the products. I was excited initially about the order, paid for the 3 day shipping but it's been like 2 weeks. Makes me rethink his whole channel and everything he stands for. One of the reasons I'm not going to buy anything from his Santa Lucia drop tomorrow. If I don't receive my order in the next week, I am contacting my bank. Do better.

Its been over two weeks now since i ordered my item and still have not been dispatched. Scammers
The customer service is very poor. Even then, that might be an understatement. I wanted to make a simple exchange for a henley and asked for clarification on return shipping costs and the process. Their response: "At this time, we do not have any availability." I have zero idea what that even means so I followed up three separate times and never received a response. I disputed the charge with my bank and ESNTLS had the audacity to actually dispute the claim saying there was email correspondence. There actually was not, unless they feel that was "correspondence." Anyway, I told myself I would not support a brand that does not give any care for its consumers. Read the comments on Instagram and you can see why there are a lot of unhappy customers. I'm not the only one in the boat making waves.
I ordered for the first time from Esntls. Was weary because of the price. I'm 6'2" w/ a muscular build - the bamboo shirt is the single best piece of clothing in my wardrobe. Perfect fit in the shoulders and mid-bicep for the sleeve. Great taper down to the waist. Will definitely be buying more!
The quality and feel of the bamboo shirts are really good. However, the fit of the shirt is TIGHT. Way too tight especially in the upper body. I got a size medium and have emailed them multiple times to exchange for a size large and they have not responded. I just want a shirt that fits especially for the price I paid.

So I bought from these guys at one of their drops back in December. When I got the black Henley long sleeve it, was a size medium, ended up looking a lot smaller and I wanted to exchange It for a size large. But I could never get a response from them through emails and I wanted just to do an easy exchange and I'd hate to pay to ship it back since this is has been going on for quite a while

I had to pay an additional $50 customs and other fees for an order of $70. A disclaimer should be made clear on the site that the order will be subject to such fees, rather than not mentioning this is how they set up their shipping operations for the burden to fall on the customer. Highly unusual as most businesses include these hidden fees within their pricing so that the burden is already built in which then determines demand. Not hidden to maximize demand, and then levied thereafter once they've received their payments, as I wouldn't mind paying this, but the fact that this was hidden and not to be seen on your site means I, like many others, will not do business again with untrustworthy vendors who can't make an honest sale.
I ordered a Bamboo Tee in medium, amongst other items, however the flagship product is not made to fit non American customers. I ordered to the UK, I am 6'1 and well built/ well proportioned.
The Tee is super long, and even after trying to shrink it. The rest of the shirt fits as advertised, but it could be a dress due to how long it is. The silhouette is nice, but given the excess fabric that elongates the tee, it makes it unwearable, as per their own style advice.
Perhaps reduce the length of the tee to the length similar to a tee from H&M/Uniqlo, or even a bit shorter due to the bounce of the stretchy fabric, and the fit will second to none once these changes have been made.
I made an order about 2 months ago now and I only received half of the items. I love the one face mask I received but I got tired of waiting so I used the chatra feature on their website to communicate with someone and still no replies from anyone. I even sent out an email to their customer service address and nothing either. I’m starting to think I’m not getting the rest.
Ordered a pair of aloe vera chinos and a henley from their webshop back in november 2020. After I washed my aloe vera chinos once, they shrunk so much that I can barely fit them any more. Well noticed that I ordered size L, and the fit was nicely fit.
Take this to consideration when buying them..

ZERO STARS...This company stole my money. Only received half of my order. These people do not reply to chats on their website, they do not respond to email messages and they do not have a contact phone number. And they delete negative feedback that is posted on social media. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES.

Purchased from website twice and both experience had items missing. Email reply takes days with gives empty promises to help out with discount for next launch and ignores it as well. Customer service and inventory management is lacking even after a few years of separation in the purchase the problems seem the same.

Contacting Estnls just gave garbage answers and poor support without customer service trying to understand the actual problem.
Will never buy from them again, and if you are outside the US I would recommend avoiding due to added taxes (above custom duties required)

The clothes might be great quality but the shipping fee I had to pay was extremely high. FedEx charged another extra 30€ at delivery. I payed 50€ alltogether for shipping alone. I am really disappointed about the fee that wasn't mentioned anywhere.

However, if you want to return your order, they will not give you refund back to you (like thieves). They have 30 days for return and refund. I bought my order on 08/22/2020 and my order arrived on 08/24/2020. I have a business trips and come back on 09/17/2020. I tried on and have to return some items on 09/18/2020 and the package was delivered to them on 09/21/2020 (still under 30 days). However, 3 weeks from the delivery, I have not received any information or refund! I have emailed them like 10 times and texted them throughout all social medias. But no responses! I feel like I don’t have any items and lost my money at the same time! Stay away!

First of all the products are Good!
So why do i give a bad Review?
I buyed online and at the shop, it was Showing for free shipping. 4 weeks later, i got a bill from FedEx for the shipping around 100€.

Would love to review the product, but after multiple attempts over several weeks to contact them just to question when they will re-stock, since everything is sold out, I cannot get a response via email or via chat. I have attempted to register twice via email and never received a confirmation. Guess customer service falls to the wayside with the company.

I love the quality of product but when I want to buy new clothing during the drop, the pro members get early access and my favorite pieces are sold out by the time I can access the website. Next time ESNTLS should stick up more because they were sold out of nearly everything 15 minutes after the launch.
