Long ago I’ve bought a $60ish navy blue chinos that has side tabs on them, but when you were to look closely, there were multiple tiny white dots on the pants. Those white dots were bits of the fabric that wasn’t dyed consistently. There was also a strange dark stain above the back pocket of the pant as well when I received it. Talked to customer service, they told me to give it a light wash, the dye of the pants is completely faded, and $60 down the drain.
In a different time, I’ve bought their navy blue summer shorts and it ALSO had the same issue. Trouble was that I bought it I think during Black Friday, but their policy during that season special was that returns were not possible. Not only that, the “feel” of the fabric quality was not good. It wasn’t the good “thin” like it was breathable, but thin as if it wasn’t durable and could rip easily. The shorts are sitting on my dresser collecting dust.
ESNTLS is not a quality brand. Highly advise to NOT buy any pants.
Many items sell out fast due to popularity, but that's not much of an issue. The issue is the quality. Although the materials feel nice, every piece always has lots of loose threads and I've ordered from every collection, and it's always the same. They also leave out a lot in their advertising. They advertised a promotion where you get a free crewneck for every $100 spent but hid the fact that it was only for a certain amount of random customers.
One of the worst companies I have ever come across in my entire life. I have never experienced such bad quality customer service.
I ordered 2 pairs of Joggers both the xs size both the same type of joggers (heavy weight) the only difference is one is the cargo version. The non cargo version is 1.5inches shorter and 1.5 inches narrower on the waist vs the cargo version. According to Marye from customer services this should be a known fact her response in a very matter of fact way “the regular heavy weight sweats run smaller than the heavy weight cargo pants” as if this is an obvious point without any guidance of this their website.
So I now have a pair of useless overpriced $80 joggers because they do not offer an exchange nor do they offer a refund. So after spending $500-$600 dollars with them you are still not valued as customer. They will come up with every excuse to not offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately I did not pay with PayPal otherwise I would definitely started a dispute to get my money back.
After a long back and forth with Marye her final response to me was “Unfortunately, all sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds allowed.”
I am truly disappointed with the awful treatment by this company. And I really question their integrity as YouTube channel and Instagram influencers.
I doubt they will pay attention to my review as by the looks of it haven’t responded to anyone else on here.
For anyone who is reading this keep well away, do not order from this company and save your hard earned money.
worst experience EVER. Ordered (and paid for) a pair of sweat pants on 11-27-21 early in the morning. On 12-8-21 I received an email notifying me of a refund. I immediately reached out & the customer service (?) rep said there had been an inventory error. What the h*ll? I think that they didn't want to sell a $100 pair of pants for $80 and decided to cancel orders. I would NEVER buy another item from this OVER priced company (only did it because my grandson was following a social influencer who kept naming the company).
Amazing I purchased 2 black t shirts. Quickly shipped but one shirt had been burned from the shipping company. I emailed them pictures they responded quickly and sent me a replacement super quickly. Couldn’t be happier with estnls!
I am extremely unhappy with the experience I have received with this company. I recently placed an order (Order #137974) and the garments came in not meeting my exceptions in quality.
I kindly asked the representative to provide return instructions since the company does not have a button for returns on their website.
The reply I received was "Hello. You can return the items to ESNTLS 132 32ND ST 5TH FLOOR BROOKLYN NY 11232. Once we receive the return we will ship the exchange item or send a refund if the item is no longer in stock. You can include a note in the return package to verify your request for a return or exchange. We unfortunately do not provide the return labels. I have attached the return policy in this email."
You are telling me that a large ecommerce platform like Esntls is asking customers to pay out of pocket to return a product that they were unhappy with?
I would be ok with paying out of pocket for maybe a pair of socks. But I ordered 2 hoodies, 3 pairs of sweats and 2 tee shirts. Do you understand how much it cost to ship something that heavy out?
Not only do I feel like this business is ran extremely unprofessional. I also believe the quality of the clothes is inferior to other brands that are in the same price range.

The return policy never mentioned that customers have to pay for their own shipping for returns.
They have quality fabrics but any kind of stitching gluing of anything that can rip or tear will tear. I've had torn Pockets and busted buttons. I've tried to cancel an order once and they had me flagged as spam so they never received my emails till a month later where they finally issued me a refund. The shirts and shorts the stuff they always made are good tho
Every time i order from them my package is delayed due to something they didn’t prepare for properly and also paying extra just to be shipped faster but instead i get it delayed. Happened multiple times.
SIMPLE… I had an issue through the last drop of ESNTLS, I contacted the team, and they very efficiently supported me to get the matter fixed. This morning I was unsure whether to buy from them because my problem had not been resolved… I did anyways and later today my problem had been completely resolved. This is the kind of company people need to learn off of!! Thank you ESNTLS
I made 3 back to back orders with the company. Several items arrived in bad shape - stains and dust. Impossible to get reply from customer service over website chat/facebook messenger. Return was denied and sent back.
DO NOT MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I emailed requesting for my account to be deleted, they told me it had but actually lied to me as it had not and i could log back in. Now won't reply back to my emails. FRAUD.
I recently bought some cargo pants that ended up not fitting. I have requested a return, but I have not had any response in almost a week! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Still waiting for two items. Order back in April for a pair of shorts and a bag. They have ignored us on numerous occasions. Disgraceful
DO NOT BUY! customer service sucks really bad. They claim to ship as fast as Amazon, but to return something is almost impossible. They will find every excuse to not grant your return or exchange for another size. Fit is good but quality is not.

I don't know what is wrong with their sizing, but their t-shirts are way too tight. I typically wear a L in t-shirts, but I had read that I should order a size up and went with XL. The XL fit like a tight medium. The arms and chest were way too tight. I would be embarrassed to wear out in public looking like a tool job in a "shmedium" shirt. Beyond that, I ordered the same shirt in two different colors and they fit different. One was even tighter than the other. I'll survive wasting $60 on two t-shirts. It sounds like their customer service sucks and my time is worth more than that. However, I will never buy from again. I would suggest staying far away if you've ever picked up a dumbbell, they don't have a size for muscular men. Everyone else should order 2 sizes up. Their sizing is even worse than most products made in China.
This company won't be around long.

Contacted customer support to get a return or exchange on an item 3/25/2021 it’s been a month and sent multiple emails with no response usually very fast to get back in contact with me but not this time. And I see on Instagram they can post all the time on the owners main account and the ESNTLS account. Doubt I’ll buy anything ever again.
Order # 1267. Really disappointed as it has been over three weeks now since I placed an order for my son’s birthday and I haven’t receive the products or any answer to txt or my e-mails.
I bought a pants size large, it runs very small. Trying to contact customer service to return it. No phone or customer service to call. I made the claim 5 days ago and no response. Terrible customer service. I hate to buy clothing on line.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I returned most of my order (because the quality was nowhere near as advertised) and they forgot to refund one item. I have emailed every ESNTLS email address I had (including Tomas) numerous times and I just can’t get a response back from anyone. I’ll give them a few more days before I handle it through the banks/legal. This is about more than just the one non-refunded item now.
