Wish I could give 0 stars. Honestly, they don't deserve the time to write this, but BUYERS BEWARE! I cancelled an order within 1 hour, received the confirmation that it would be cancelled, & my refund would be done in 10-15 days. 2 days later, I received an email that my order had shipped. When I contacted the company they stated they could not cancel the order & I would not be receiving a refund. Since I have called them out that it goes against their cancellation policy, I have not received anymore emails from them & the policy on their website has changed to no refunds.

My regrets: Not reading the reviews before ordering. Clearly, Customer satisfaction is not one of their values. They do not understand that it's better to lose a sale than lose a client.

One star is too many I ordered the phone holder. Does not work at all in my car. I asked to return it and got a nonsensical response:

Let me write the first positive review on this company. I ordered a product end of April en yesterday it was delivered to me. The product looks good, I had some mailcontact with the company, which was answered right away. The employee wrote to be aware of the bad reviews on this site and told me they are working on it to improve the service. I hope this was the beginning of it.

Hi everyone, I too have ordered a product from Esfranki and have received all my eBay products I have ordered at the same time as the phone holder included from China as well that were received within 8 days of ordering the products. Tracked continuously up to my door. Amazing service Ebay Thanks :)

The product finally did arrive.

Phone clip was ordered 18th of April 2019 received Mon 20 May 2019.

I did finally received my phone holder after a month.
and a few emails later. Esfranki is having issues with the tracking but it finally started to work with my ordering experience. They sent apologetic emails and yes it did arrive but after some time.
So I did get my product but too long to wait, but I think it was beyond Esfranki's control.

So my experience was just a long wait and the tracking system finally started to work finally more so from the Australia post end.

Purchased a travel bag which feel apart the first time I used it. They refused to refunds because it was pass the 30 day. Would not recommend this company.

Absolute shambles of a company !!!! Ordered off there 7 weeks ago and just had a response after 6 emails of complaint 😡🤬😡

Bad communication. Item didn’t arrived and they said they don’t have my records in there system. How? Ask for refund or send another same item but no reply. Do not trust these people what so ever. Scammers.

I got all defective product and they will not let me return or refund because it’s not considered “damaged upon delivery” I believe an item that is defective as soon as it arrives is a defect and issue that should be taken care of. Why would I pay for defective product and then be forced to keep it. Never again.

Just contacted my Credit Card Company to reverse the charge. I have had the same experience that everyone here has had with this company. They advertised on Facebook and I have alerted Facebook to bar them from further advertising.

I am joining the ranks of everyone miserably dissatisfied by this horrible company. Everything everyone said here about them, I experienced myself as well: they don't have a physical address, no customer service number, no way to speak directly with someone, fake tracking numbers, canned responses to your emails. My item was (supposedly) shipped back in December 2018. Compared to some other reviewers I am the lucky one: it arrived close to the end of March this year, but after an enormous amount of frustration and aggravation. Only one thing worked, for me at least: you know how you get all kinds of offers from them once you place an order? I wanted to unsubscribe from them at first, but I realized that if I replied to everyone of those messages somebody at the other end would actually open a complain ticket and send you a reply acknowledging that. So I flooded them with complains by responding to every single piece of email I was getting: "where is my item?". "you're the biggest liars", "fake tracking number" and so on, almost daily, for more than 3 months. Every time, someone with a female name, always different, (never a male name, nothing wrong with that, just an interesting observation) would respond that they will look into it. Every time a different name would sign at the end of the message (first name only), as if they have dozens of employees. My guess is that this is a couple of losers operating out of who knows what rat hole on earth, maybe in boat hull in the middle of the ocean somewhere. I asked for a refund 3 times a day and after several weeks they "intelligently" determined that they will not issue a refund. They offered me instead a 20% credit. At first I stuck with the full refund request, threatening them that I will complain every were possible, but when I realized that this will not work I accepted the credit, just out of curiosity where this will take me, but I didn't hold my breath. To my complete and unexpected surprise it happened, I got the credit on my bank account I paid with for the order (since then I changed all my card and account information, I don't trust these people). During this whole ordeal they said at least a couple of times that my item was re-shipped and to be patient. Every time a tracking number would be provided, and hey, guess what: every time it'd be fake a number. And one day, against all odds, my item arrived, after 3+ months, in a beaten up, poorly packaged little box. Needless to say the item was just as crappy as the service. I threw it away within 30 seconds. DON'T WALK AWAY WHEN YOU SEE THEIR NAME. RUN!!! AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Unless you want to purposely have your worst internet purchase experience, out of some sort of a masochistic desire.

This company is horrible. I waited 3 weeks to contact “customer service” when I didn’t get the product i ordered. They kept telling me to wait. Finally I got a response saying it was delivered when it wasn’t and they not only won’t refund me, they won’t respond now. DONT BUY ANYTHING

If I could give negative stars, I would. I didn’t even check for a phone number to follow up w/ the company, should a problem occur. MY BIG BAD!!! Stupid, stupid of me. Took WAY more than the 10 days I was told it would; my tracking number was never recognized. I had NO idea if the product was ever coming. Couldn’t call any customer service # for assistance. I will NEVER order from this web site, or a FB pop-up again. NEVER. Do not be duped, look at all these other horrible reviews. They DO NOT lie.

Can I choose zero stars? It’s been 25 days since placing my order and their website still says they are preparing my order. Multiple emails to customer service takes a week to get answered and says “sorry we can’t refund and your order is on the way. Thanks for your patience”. I contacted AMEX who paid this scam companies PayPal and they will be reversing a payment hopefully. This Chinese Amazon knock off is a total scam as you can see from the reviews below. They advertise side by side with legit companies on social media. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. You can find similar products on Amazon for much cheaper, and they actually show up when you order them! Shut this scam company down!

Still waiting after 2 months. I pretty much will never buy anything from a company that I see advertised on Instagram again.

I have been conned by this company. Bought a dog tracker. It didn’t work, sent numerous emails, opened dispute with PayPal who said I have to attach proof of return which did not work do sent it via their message centre. They said case closed. Now they have the product back so I lost even more money posting it. Surely something must be done! How about going to consumer rights?

Charged three times for phone holder...never received one. How do I give zero stars. I dump on these guys every time their promoted posts appear on social media. Do the same to save others this fate.

I followed up on an order that I had not received and it seems there was no such tracking number. I then tried the contact us option and of course, it could not process my request for info. Seems I have been scammed along with others at this site.

After 2 mos...maybe 3...received item. No paperwork, no invoice. Product does not work. They did respond to my emails but they will not accept return or issue a refund. Wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. I hope this company crashes soon so others are not scammed!
