Ernest Jones - Swansea Anmeldelser 

My granddaughter got engaged november23 one of her Diamonds fallout a few weeks later she had to pay £250 to have it repaired and she had it back in January 24 .she hardly wears her ring as she works from home .she has worn it five times since jan. She put it on yesterday and another diamond wad lost .this is very bad workmanship .I have told her to ask for a replacement or a refund owing it to be faulty .she is willing to take it to an independent jewellers to verify her claim.

We were advised by Alison in Swansea quadrant. Alison was so friendly, professional and knowledge about the ranges of jewellery and watches. Will definitely be visiting Ernest Jones again because of the excellent customer service Alison provided.

Didn’t have the tag watch I originally ordered… went in for a refund and came out with a beautiful breitling watch staff were knowledgeable and helpful couldn’t thank them enough ( Swansea)

The most comfortable and professional experience at the Swansea store today. I have purchased a number of items over the Years and have often been served by Julie. She is a credit to the store. Always so helpful and smiley and a very good listener. Purchasing gifts can often be stressful but she always turns the experience into a positive one. Probably why I always return when purchasing a special gift and enjoy her welcome and professionalism

Alison in Ernest Jones in the quadrant in Swansea was very efficient and friendly. She helped us as soon as we got into the store. She advised us superbly on the quality of the ring and we bought it.
We would definitely go back to this store and would look out for Alison to serve us next time.

Went into this store today to buy my third watch from Ernest jones and as usual the service was excellent and welcoming,I really enjoy popping in for a look and to plan my next purchase at Ernest jones Swansea and staff are very helpful.
A drink was offered,champagne,pop,tea or coffee as I was trying on a few watches,I opted for a latte and another was offered soon after.
Kate was the lovely lady who helped my get my breitling super ocean uk special edition and it’s beautiful and very happy
I forgot to leave reviews for my other two watches but they would be the same as this (excellent service)

I took my TAG watch in for a Service and after a three month wait received a text to say my watch is ready for collection at Swansea branch. Drove to the store to find it closed for a refit the day after receiving text.
Shocking communication. Can't find any info on how to retrieve my watch. Hope they give a discount after wasting my time!!!

Wanted to get new strap and service for my watch. Drove 45 min into swansea and parked up only to find store closed for refit. Nothing mentioned online and even showing as store open. Very poor not to inform customers what’s happening, complete waste of a morning.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited outside for 20 mins, waited inside even longer. Wanted to buy a watch, but they just weren’t interested in selling one. If I could give this store a zero, I would. Went to Fraser Hart a couple of hundred yards away. Team couldn’t do enough to welcome you and talk through the purchase. Earnest Jones, you lost a big sale because you left me waiting. Not sure why I need a ‘watch specialist’ to get a watch from the window for me to try on. So glad I found Fraser Hart.

Bought watch on line 3 days later delivered,faulty, spoke on line and they said there will be a replacement in store for you ,not happy as I don’t go into Swansea now ,when I arrived there was no replacement waiting for me , anyway cut a long story short the excellent service from Johnathan sorted me with another watch and gave me a discount in the new one as I had to pay £30 more , should have taken note of review online as this has happened before to people, won’t buy online again with them

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact of the nightmare I had with the delivery company (DX Delivery) used. The delivery company has a high percentage of bad reviews, so why on earth use them.
