Absolutely amazing!! I’ve bought all my LeVain rings from there and the service is outstanding. Oldham was where I got my first ring, the staff were lovely and now twice I’ve been to the Manchester Armadale store and the staff were fantastic. So welcoming and helpful, which is what you need and Carolynn (sorry if I’ve got your name wrong) was wonderful, such a lovely person and great customer service. I’m in love with my pieces thank you.

Where do I start? If you're looking for a bespoke piece of jewellery DO NOT go here! Started the process of designing an eternity ring to celebrate 20 years of marriage back in November....
After numerous emails, telephone conversations and actual store visits I lost all faith and pulled the plug last week
What should have been a lovely experience to create a piece to cherish turned into an absolute joke and completely ruined our special occasion, there has been a half hearted apology but no gesture of good will just a refund of the cost to get the resin made which actually wasn't even correct

After almost 4 months of me having to constantly chase them for answers they still failed to create anything close to what I actually asked for

Lesson learnt - do your homework! Go to an actual jewellery designer rather than a piggy in the middle like what ernest jones are, the red flag should have been at the initial appointment when the lady got out her felt tip pens to colour in my design

I had spoken to Steve a the Arndale shop by telephone a couple of weeks prior to my visit.
I explained a few years ago my wife purchased a Chanel J12 at their previous store, St Anne's Square and the ceramic bracelet was now a little too big. It required the removal of a link. In-between that time we had visited the Trafford Centre store, and was told they did not have the correct tools to do this.
By sheer chance I was able call in yesterday 2nd February and Steve was in the shop. Without any hesitation he was able to remove the link and my wife is very pleased with the result.
I wish to send my gratitude to Steve who was polite, professional and a credit to Ernest Jones.
I would certainly recommend this store based upon the experience.

I purchased a ring from the store in the Arndale, Manchester. The size i wanted wasn't available but I was told they could deliver the next day to my home address. I didn't receive any confirmation of delivery details having waited in all day. I contacted customer services to be informed it hadn't even been dispatched, they could not tell me what went wrong or even when I could expect delivery. I was informed I would receive an email later the same day with delivery details. No email.
Totally unapologetic, no resolution and now I have no idea when to expect delivery for an item that I would have purchased elsewhere had they not promised me they would deliver the next day.

I purchased a watch from the Manchester Andale store in 2020 which I am incredibly happy with and to this day is my daily wearer, in June of 2022, I took it back to the same store and paid for a new battery and reseal which I was happy to do-They sent it away , and it was ready to be collected on time and the price quoted was the price I paid.
However more recently in September of 2023, the watch stopped working again, yet this time when returning to the same store once again, My server informed me the battery was fine, so the watch would require a more thorough service which would include resealing and a new battery again, and all the internal functions would be serviced and checked. This service would cost £123- The original purchase price of the watch was around £ 300. so, on this occasion I was reluctant to commit to this service on the spot and politely declined.
I wanted someone other than a mainstream retailer to take a look at this and so I took my watch to an independent service centre for a second opinion and without having to give the vendor the ins and outs of all the details ,I asked him to please check the battery function, which he was happy to oblige, and as expected he confirmed the battery to be in good working order, unknown to me however whilst he had the watch on his workstation , he had rectified whatever the issue was in less than a minute and declined to charge me for the 'required' repair stating the watch is fine, I was understandably very happy with this outcome and most likely , had an embarrassed , 'I don’t know what happened here' look on my face. having had time to think about what had happened and why this result could not have been achieved at earnest jones, I came up with two options. At the very best guess, the service agent innocently was incompetent and unable to diagnose the issue, in which case she should not have been advising a customer on the required remedial service , at the very worst , she was well aware of the simple fix but chose to try for an unnecessary chargeable service which falls short of fair practice. either way, I will no longer be a customer of this store or any other earnest jones in the future due to a lack of trust.

Absolutely horrible lady who served us. Rude comments were said. When we ask anything about the ring she had no idea. When buying wedding rings you wouldnt expect such horrible customer service

Buying a new watch can be really difficult, but you can make it really easy in the future. Here is my story!
I planned to buy a watch, but I was confused which brand, price range, and style I should choose.
I visited 6-7 stores in Manchester, I tried to talk to the sellers everywhere, hoping they can understand me, and help me to found a watch, what suits me. They were nice everywhere, but I became more and more confused.
Then I came to your store in Arndale, where I met Steve, who just understood my personality, and already knew what I’m looking for. He could even figured out and brought me a watch without knowing I was watching it at the shop window before I stepped in to the store.
At my first visit, I talked to him at least 20 minutes, tried some watches, but we both knew that we already found the one. Then, I told him that I need some time to think about it to make a good decision, but I promised him, as it was the best customer service, what I received in my life, I’ll definitely buy my new watch here.
I came back next day with my fiancé, we sat down again, and he showed me some other watches, making sure I’ll make the best decision. He helped me a lot, and he assisted me with his professional skills, then I bought my new dream watch!

Regarding upsizing repair to my engagement ring. Very disappointed with the customer service. The sales assistant was not helpful at all. He was very condescending and dismissive of my very legitimate concerns. Was made to feel that whenever I tried to explain my concern, he would speak down to me constantly. Overall not a pleasant experience and I went away feeling that i have spent considerable amount of money on nothing. Will certainly be taking this further and will not be purchasing any more items from them.

Very good service by the lady who got both my rings fixed. And she reshaped my engagement ring also. I can’t remember ever name but she had awesome finger nails

I recently bought an Vera Wang engagement ring from the Ernest Jones at the Trafford Centre. I got great value on the sales, even the competitors said you won’t get a better deal when I was shopping around. Abigail and Elaine who helped me were absolutely fantastic. They made the whole experience so easy even when I got the wrong size ring. It was made simple to bring it back and make sure it fitted with my now fiancée. I would 100% recommend Ernest Jones to anybody looking for an engagement ring in future!

The girl who served me was friendly and very helpful. She helped me in the selection of my gift.

Had the most pleasant and very helpful time at the store. The staff where efficient friendly and bang on the money with any questions we had. Me and especially my wife left the store very happy with our purchase.
