I bought an expensive Bulova Precisionist Chronograph watch online. It has a minor fault on resetting the chronograph where the dial didn't return to zero. It was 3/10ths of a second from 0.0 and having paid a substantial amount I wanted it perfect. I was advised to go to the Bolton shop with my receipt. They took one look at it and agreed a fault is a fault and swapped it for another brand new watch which had no faults at all. Brilliant. I expected them to put up some resistance. But nothing. They just changed it. I bought it on 0% interest and was fully satisfied.

Wanted an eternity ring for our 20th anniversary.
Was impressed with the choices available, and with the help of Leah (Bolton branch) I picked out one I thought my wife would like, and they had the ring size available.
What topped it of was that it was heavily discounted.
When I gave it to my wife she was very pleased with my choice and is thrilled with the ring..

Excellent Service at Bolton Store- Louise.I had a faulty bracelet which was within days of guarantee expiring, She listened to me, Louise was pleasant and polite. Nothing seemed too much trouble. My bracelet was replaced no arguments.

Following the purchase of my RADO Captain Cook about a month ago (May 2024) I went back to the Bolton Store again today 13th June 20224) and bought my New RADO Dia Star.

This is a watch I had my eye on for a long time, as it replaces a Dia Star my dear mum gave me as a present following her trip to Mecca over 20 years ago. There is a lot of sentimental value attached to it and reminds me of my dear who sadly passed away 9 years ago. RIP mum.

It is worth stating that I was served again by the Store Manager, Mr. Paul Mosterio, who gave me a very warm and outstanding service. He is extremely friendly and very professional. At no time he pressured me to buy.

Went in for a wedding and engagement ring set, they didn’t have my size, so ordered them in for me. A few days later I received a call to say they were out of stock, but if I would like to come in they would see what they could for me. The ladies couldn’t do enough for my, I came away with the same style rings and within our budget. All in all a fantastic service, very helpful staff and came away very happy.

I was looking for a bracelet or necklace for my wife’s 70th birth a day. The lady serving me listened to my preferences and showed me a range of possibilities and helped to choose a bracelet in white and yellow gold which was in my price envelope. It was a pleasant experience and my wife loves her present.

These guys went out of their way to make the whole experience fantastic. I went in for my watch to be adjusted and the care they showed was second to none. So much so I bought the wife another ring whilst there.

I am really fussy and the lady who was serving me was lovely with lots of patience. I explained I’d seen a watch but thought it looked different out of the shop window. I said I’d leave it and gave a look around. About an hour later went back tried the same watch on in gold and silver but went for the first one I tried on in rose gold. The lady was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble thankyou
