Excellent And Generous Service!!
I ordered a small saw guide to replace one I thought had been long lost. After the new one arrived I located the lost original. I notified Ereplacementparts I needed to return their guide. Tamara D. very kindly responded that they don't bother accepting such small parts in return and informed me I should just keep the new guide. Tamara D. then very generously stated they would refund my full purchase price anyway, which I think is extremely nice of Ereplacementparts to do.

I have used eReplacement parts for BBQ
I have used eReplacement parts for BBQ, lawn equipment and appliance replacement parts and they have always been great, with knowledgeable phone cust. serv reps. Yesterday was even better when I had a 4 mo. old oven heating that I installed burn out again. I called and spoke to Tamara D. and she was a pleasure to speak with and was able to set me up with a complete refund on the recently replaced element and made sure she rapidly replaced the defective one that's scheduled to be delivered today or tomorrow. She was just so accommodating and informative I was all the internet places could follow her example when it comes to assisting a customer's with returns. I have in the past and will continue to highly reccomend eReplacement for the thousands of products they provide the at home DIY customer, saving $$$on home repairs.

Received great customer service from Tamara
I don’t shop online much with any company. And I think I’ve only returned 1 item ever. So I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called to ask for a replacement & refund. All I wanted was the correct part. Tamara D. was extremely nice and helpful when I called. She helped me by looking up the correct part that I needed and ordered this for me. I really didn’t have to do anything Tamara just took care of it. I was worried about how to return the wrong part(totally my fault for ordering wrong). Tamara told me it’s pretty likely I wouldn’t have to return the wrong part. I was surprised and pleased about that! Now I’m just waiting for the correct part the one I should have ordered. I’m know it will be correct since Tamara reordered for me.
I’m a pretty negative person and was expecting the worse but it ended up being quick and a great experience!
