Customer service
The product itself is perfect. No problem there. My issue was with the post purchase customer service. Item was ordered and shipping was paid for by me to receive in three days. Item was shipped and email confirmation came to me. The mistake was the vendor using FedEx. For 4 days all tracking showed not turned over to FedEx just shipping label made. I called Ereplacements customer service and the woman seemed put out to even talk to me. I asked her to please follow up on their end. She claimed to not be able to follow with her shipping people. She refused to assist in any options or further assistance.FedEx tells me they don’t have the package yet. Then magically later that night tracking shows in the Dallas area another two days but shows to be delivered the following day , every day for 3 days I got the same email from FedEx. I live in Georgia . So question is who was giving me the wrong information. Well Ereplacements not once reach out to me and rectify the problems

Poor communication and expedited shipping not utilized, nor refunded. Won't be using again.
Interesting reply, You are correct, the order was placed on the 18th. Your company updated me the very next day that the item had shipped. Your warehouse is in the Dallas location and I am only one day shipping even with ground services. Worst case it should have arrived on the 20th. It set in limbo for days, when I called customer support I was told there is nothing they can do other then wait 5 business days or I can pay for a replacement order today with no guarantee of when it would ship or arrive. Consumer, do you self a huge favor avoid this company at all costs. You have been warned. All check out all the other negative reviews, wish I would have...
