The website was easy to work through. We had no issues finding the part we needed and how to order it.
The frustrating problem that we had was trying to add the promo code. I don't know why it would not accept it, but in the end we did not get the discount that I think we should have.

I have a few questions about different parts that I was looking for and Paola was great. She really helped me look up each part to make sure I was getting the right one and it was just so great that they had exactly every part that I needed to fix an appliance that I had that was very old and super great experience.

I have not received my order. It was shipped to FED-X and it shows it is at the Chicago terminal. I have to try to call someone and the two numbers I found I just get fast busy of not in service.

I called in to order a part for my mower, and Chris answered my call. All I had was the model number and make. I attempted to describe the part, but Chris asked a couple of questions and we agreed we had the right part. He has great customer service skills.

Extra Delivery Costs
I paid extra for next business day shipping (over 1/2 the cost of the part). But eReplacement shipped it by only Two Day Fedex. According to the tracking info, it sat all day in Dallas, TX and then again all day in Waldorf, MD. My street area has weekend (Sat & Sun) Fedex deliveries.
