The representative I spoke with on the phone was friendly and knowledgeable, and she confirmed that the part I was needing was the correct replacement part number for the unit model in my home. Once a package leaves the warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier, and unfortunately, shipping delays can occur while the order is in transit. We appreciate your patience and hope your package reaches you very soon.
Have not recieved all the parts that…
Have not recieved all the parts that were ordered yet. As such, repair is on hold. One part was on back order and so the steering shaft was held. Had to cancel the part that was on back order, a steering gear, then re-order so the steering shaft could be shipped. So far, neither part has arrived.
Well, got home and the parts had been delivered. They appear to be the right parts, but unable to install them ue to weather. I will edit this review once installed and functionality is realized.
