I paid extra money for second day…
I paid extra money for second day shipping, took 7 days to ship and two weeks to receive it. Wrong part arrived and they do not pay for return shipping, 76 dollar shipping on a 53 dollar part they messed up on. They do not answer e-mails. Scam, Scam , Scam. A huge warehouse?Arrived in a Husqvarna box, third party company. 0 customer service. This is what it takes to get a response from this company, all the main page focuses on easy 365 day returns, where does it say at the customers cost? I’m waiting on a response from Husqvarna hoping they break off from this business as they felt the transaction was shady as well.

Expedited shipping applies once the item is available and shipped, it does not shorten the special order processing time.
The order was placed online without a model number provided to verify compatibility. Because the part ordered was the incorrect part for your equipment, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We understand the shipping cost is frustrating, however, we did fulfill the order for the specific part that was selected and purchased online.

Heather was very helpful
Heather was very helpful and an incredibly attentive listener. hire a dozen of her. On the parts front though, I bought a new Metabo miter saw a few months back, did something stupid, and broke the fence. It looks like now that I am going to have to throw the saw in the dump and start over, because no one has the fence and Metabo/Hitachi, will do nothing for the public saw user. You can tell them from me I will never by Metabo again.

Sincere and honest
Beginning 09/02/ 26 I dealt with Tamara D and Nicole at ereplacementparts. Tamara and Nicole were both sincere and honest in the handling and resolution of two separate shipments. The first order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong city and returned to sender. The second was returned because I learned the parts were wrong. Within two weeks I received the credit to my card.
