Ordered an alternator for a cub cadet…
Ordered an alternator for a cub cadet and after a month it still hasn't shown up i have sent several emails asking for an update and keep getting sent the same link that just takes me to my order page and says order is processing, no actual human being ever responded with "we are having a hard time getting the part and it will be on backorder for such and such amount of time, but we are working diligently to fill your order" to be honest I wasn't even 100% sure i hadn't just been scammed by some fake website I canceled my order and ordered the part from PartsTree.com if I get my part in less than a week they are definitely getting a 5 star review!

Easy Return
I needed to make a return and had an excellent experience with Krystin Sceviour. Not only was she very warm and friendly, but she also took the time to research why the part I was sent did not fit. She discovered the error and acknowledged it was a company error, and she is taking care of replacing it right away. Good customer service is not all that common (at least in Los Angeles!), so I was very appreciative.

I paid extra money for second day…
I paid extra money for second day shipping, took 7 days to ship and two weeks to receive it. Wrong part arrived and they do not pay for return shipping, 76 dollar shipping on a 53 dollar part they messed up on. They do not answer e-mails. Scam, Scam , Scam. A huge warehouse?Arrived in a Husqvarna box, third party company. 0 customer service. This is what it takes to get a response from this company, all the main page focuses on easy 365 day returns, where does it say at the customers cost? I’m waiting on a response from Husqvarna hoping they break off from this business as they felt the transaction was shady as well.

Expedited shipping applies once the item is available and shipped, it does not shorten the special order processing time.
The order was placed online without a model number provided to verify compatibility. Because the part ordered was the incorrect part for your equipment, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We understand the shipping cost is frustrating, however, we did fulfill the order for the specific part that was selected and purchased online.
