I used Key Equity Release after trying with someone else that wasted 6 months of my time, caused me stress and got me nowhere!
I had a home visit from Parvesh M and from the off I knew I had a great person dealing with my 'plan'.
There were issues arising from certain lenders that, had I been doing it without Parvesh, would have had me totally stressed out!
This guy took all the issues that came along away from me and really gave me confidence!
Even after the lender had paid out there was an issue that needed sorting and heels were dragged. BUT Parvesh wouldn't let me have the problem of sorting this, he dealt with it and did not let up until everything was finally sorted!
I really hope Key keep hold of this amazing guy! I can honestly say there are not many people I've come across that go above and beyond to help but in Parvesh I've met one who does! To anyone who is thinking of going with Key... I hope you are lucky enough to have him 'on your case'!

I was extremely nervous when I had my first conversation with Key when my ‘advisor’ said the telephone conversation would last between an hour or more! I persevered with each step over the weeks, and yes, I did find it a little daunting but there was no pressure on Key’s part and was advised the best possible path to take for my circumstances. I also used Equilaw, their solicitor who also were very helpful, with the solicitor coming to my house, to finalise the paper work.

I personally would have no hesitation in recommending Key, with a special thanks to Parvesh Mistry, my advisor who was so kind and helpful every step of the way.

We had previously had difficulty in getting a company to offer us equity release due to the location of our property. Parvesh is the broker who introduced my wife and I to the Equity Release lenders.
He efficiently co-ordinated the whole process from offer to completion and he demonstrated skills beyond the normal call of duty when we needed help on more than one occasion as the expected smooth transition from offer to completion stuttered for one reason or another.

Akeela Ali, my adviser, was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and I was pleased with the end result. Although I was surprised how complex making the appliction turned out to be.
Unfortunately, the solicitors I chose, from the recommended list, were not efficient and made mistakes. Costing me over £100 because of an error.

We booked an appointment to see an advisor and he never turned up ! On contacting the company's main office some time after the appointment time we were informed he had left the company recently !.No one contacted us to inform us of this or rearrange at a later date with another advisor, shocking way to treat a potential customer ! Can these people be trusted with your financial futures ????
