Equity release had been on my mind for a couple of years. I was recommended to Key and assigned to the wonderful Leena Mistry. Leena was so knowledgeable and took me through the process from every angle , Leena discussed every possible option open to me which enabled me to make the right decision for me. She was thorough and very patient with me and my many questions and I really appreciate all the help she provided.

I am not particularly confident when it comes to any matters financial or legal. Marc Orme took me through the whole procedure from beginning to end making I understood everything and was happy with each step. He had endless patience 😂 and communication was spot on. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Austin Durant from the Equity Release Experts was brilliant. He explained everything and was in contact with us all the way through. Poor old Alex had to cope with the dreaded zone 3 scenario. Causing a whole host of rejections :(
Made no difference that I am an ex-adviser myself, rules are rules and have to use an adviser who is current and qualified to do the mortgage.

Alex was helpful, knowledgeable and available to contact throughout the period from initial contact to completion.

Mortgage took a little longer than expected to complete due to this Zone 3 scenario. This being a Lifetime Mortgage, this flooding thing takes on more precedence.

Alex was able to source another lender that would accept my needs and using their named conveyancers, all completed exactly when they said it would.

All forms and mandatory documentation were delivered via email on time, explaining the mortgage in full etc. Alex was always on the end of the phone/email for any questions etc.

A happy experience all round.

Alexander Campbell has been invaluable throughout the longer-than-expected process. He had the patience of a saint, answering our questions, some of which may have seemed somewhat odd to him.
