I have been a client of Epione /Dr. Ourian for a little more than ten years.
It is very comforting to know his professionalism, bed side manners and
knowledge have been consistent. He has a very helpful and professional
staff as well. His office is very relaxing and inviting...

It took me awhile to find a place I felt comfortable with and finally chose Epione. I am so happy I did! Wonderful caring people and I love the outcome of my procedure!

I was very pleased with my results, I will continue to visit Epione and do more procedures.I will share this my friends and Uclas employees.

I loved that the location was easy to find. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The place is beautiful and I didn't wait that long to be seen. The Dr. was very knowledgable and kind. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have gone to Dr. Simon for 16 years, since before there was an Epione. He was always wonderful - makes everyone feel important and appreciated. His staff is great as well.

I get 1 area treated with Botox -- and he is so appreciative of me as if I spent 50x more - which many of his patients do.

It was awesome to see him on "Keeping up with the Kardashians" at least twice that I am aware of.

You don't have to be a celebrity to feel like one at Epione!

Dr.Simon is a genius. I am 72 years old and have been a patient for about 10 years. Having grown up in Southern California and a sun worshiper, I had a great deal of sun damage when I first saw Dr. Simon. If you saw me today you would think I was younger and had taken care to stay out of the sun. His ability to discern his patients bone structure is remarkable. I have never left his office feeling "over done", only " well done"! His staff is lovely too, which makes for a very pleasant experience.
By the way, it didn't take 10 years to get rid of my sun damage, that was taken care of rather quickly. The rest of the time, has been maintenance.

Loved the experience! Travelled from San Antonio, Texas to get the Ultrasound and the Coolacer a week ago and could see results already! Definitely going back. Worth every penny! Great staff!

after having my daughter and 1 year breastfeeding I decided to start preventative treatment with Botox ! The staff is amazing and made me feel very comfortable . I am very happy with the results ! I would recommend to any of my close friends . I was very overwhelmed but will def be going back and continuing treatment

Other than waiting an extremely long time before I saw the Dr., I was very satisfied with Dr. Ourian's technique and I'm happy with the results from the cool laser.

I think that the doctor is wonderful but the office staff needs to be reorganized

Dr. Ourian is an excellent, caring, kind and great at what he does. I have been going to his office since summer time and I can not say anything less than excellent for him and the whole office staff and the cleanliness of his office. I have recommended him to all of my family members and all of my friends. He truly is a remarkable doctor!

Dr Ourian and his incredible staff have given me a new face.
Since I was 12 years old, I have carried the ugly scars left by years of acne. My recent treatment has not only given my face a glowing appearance, but my personal outlook and happiness is the best outcome.
I have been told by many friends that I have never looked better and mostly they talk about "My Happy Smile".

I made an appointment for a consultation based on a $1950 special Epione offered for a one hour facelift. I saw the demonstration Dr. Ourian did on a woman on TV. I had a consultation with a "Consultant" who explained what I needed. She barely paid attention to the $1950 special I mentioned. I was told that Dr. Ourian does the CoolLaser. This was also mentioned on the phone when I made the appointment so they market it with Dr. Ourian being the inventor.

I was given a list of the three types of treatments I needed and prices: CoolLaser (4900), Injectible fillers (3 Options from 5000-7900) and ultrasound (3900). These are the components of the one hour facelift. Plus, 345 for his cleansers. And I would need more than one CoolLaser treatment, so add several thousand more to the total price. The woman asked me if I wanted to start that day. I told her I had to think about the costs, so they started negotiating the prices. The experience felt like a bait and switch and the financial aspect felt like a shell game similar to buying a car.

I understand that each patient has different skin issues and needs different treatments, but these prices are excessively high. I'm not certain if the doctor even performs the procedures but I suspected not. You don't meet the doctor for a consultation. There are several women on staff but I don't know who does what or who has medical credentials. I was only handed a business card from the woman who diagnosed my face and her title was "Consultant." Even if there is a nurse on staff doing the procedures, I would not pay plastic surgeon prices to have a non-MD perform major work on my face.

My general impression of the practice is that Dr. Ourian treats wealthy patients. He should abandon the $1950 one hour facelift special because he is drawing in the wrong patients - people who want to look better but are price conscious. He should stick to wealthy patients who are not price conscious as that seems to be his clientele. It was a waste of my time because the $15,000 plus I was quoted is a far cry from $1950. And not meeting the doctor always makes me feel like he thinks he is too important and is a turn off.

I'm giving two stars instead of one because the employees were friendly, they gave me a free gift and the consultation was free. Everyone was nice to me, but I drove far and it was a disappointing experience. I'd be curious to know if any patients can actually get a one hour facelift for $1950.
