⭐ 1-Star Review – My Experience with Epione Clinic

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Epione Clinic and Dr. Simon Ourian after spending $15,000 on a Cool Laser treatment that delivered zero results.

🔹 I traveled from Canada to Los Angeles twice—once in 2023 for the initial treatment and again in April 2024 for a second session, which was recommended after I saw no improvement. Before the second treatment, both Dr. Ourian and his staff assured me that increasing the laser strength would produce better results. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and my acne scars remain unchanged.

🔹 When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told that I needed to come back again for another in-person follow-up at my own expense. They also stated that if I needed additional treatments, they would not be complimentary but offered at a discounted price—even after the first two rounds failed to deliver results.

🔹 The clinic has ignored multiple requests for a partial refund or a fair resolution, despite my repeated attempts to resolve this professionally. They refuse to acknowledge their treatment did not work and instead push for more expensive procedures.

🚨 If you're considering Cool Laser at Epione, be aware that the results are NOT guaranteed, and you may be pressured into additional costly treatments.

💰 Do your research before investing thousands of dollars here. I have since come across other similar reviews from patients who also saw little to no improvement. I would never recommend this clinic based on my experience.

The doctor is amazing, the staff is nice. I think the staff should explain things better to patients.

I’m not sure what this guy is injecting people. I am at RN and watched his injections . It is not the real filler. It is water down and he’s a true scam not recommend him.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with them.
I came for a consultation for their Coolaser treatment to treat my melasma and hyperpigmentation.
I had to wait for an hour and a half before being seen. You don’t get to see Dr. Orion, only his nurse practitioners.
I was seen by Rene, their nurse practitioner. She spoke so highly about the procedure and told me that I would love the results. She even said that her own melasma was worse than mine, but had phenomenal results with the Coolaser.
On the day of the appointment, once again, I had to wait for one hour.
The treatment itself did nothing to my face. It didn’t change at all the melanoma or help my fine lines.
They sell you their creams that cost so much and do nothing.
When I came back for my follow-up and mentioned there were no results to the treatment, Rene told me to wait patiently cause the change is happening over time.
When I went back to the 3-month follow-up, she was so excited about the results.
My before and after photos showed exactly the same melasma. My skin only got lighter overall because of the extensive use of the creams.
I mentioned how disappointed I was with the results, and she told me - in front of my husband - that they’ll do a complimentary treatment.
To add insult to injury, when I went for that second treatment, they gave me an invoice for $5,000!
I was so upset, especially after waiting for an hour until I was seen. The poor young nurse went back and forth to talk to the doctor (Rene was there, and they didn’t even bother to call her into the room). After arguing for another 30 minutes, they agreed to treat me at no cost as they promised me before, but not before I signed numerous legal documents. The results after this treatment were even poorer than the first one. My skin didn’t even peel, not to mention had any improvement of the dark spots.
Overall, I had the worst experience with them. I paid thousand of dollars for that Coolaser treatment and cremes and had no results whatsoever.
Don’t get fooled by their fancy coffee and office and by their before and after photos. Save your best money and your time on a more reliable provider that is honest and professional - especially with their long wait times, unprofessionalism, and lack of results.

He botched a friend of mine's fat removal. She is scarred for life. Stay far away from this guy, he is even on an episode of Crime Watch Daily.

Dr. Ourian is definitely the most talented doctor I met! My new butt is fantastic, thanks to BBL. The recovery is nice and I felt amazing. I cant thank him enough!

After the birth of my third child, my breasts became shapeless and saggy. With this problem, I turned to Dr. Ourian. He is an excellent specialist in his field, one might say skilled hands. He advised me competently and offered different options. I gladly agreed. The procedure was successful. The doctor did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the result. Give thanks.

She had problems with a long chin almost all her life, and already thought that everything would remain with me. I thought that the operation would be painful and expensive. But after I consulted with the doctor, I quickly realized that this was all being solved and that I would not suffer. Now I am very pleased that I came here, now my face is in normal shape and I have no complexes.

The clinic and the doctor are good. Mr. Simon did a great job with his work, after liposuction and buttocks tightening I have an excellent contour and complete self-satisfaction.

Dr. Ourian is a wonderful doctor and just a great person. Thanks to him for helping me with a problem that has been bothering me for many years. Now my nose is perfect shape. The team of Dr. Ourian highly qualified specialists. The clinic is very comfortable.

I needed to eliminate cosmetic defects on my face. After reading the reviews on the Internet, I turned to the clinic to Dr. Orian. I can say that he and his team are excellent specialists, they did everything efficiently and accurately. I was absolutely 100% satisfied with the result.

I had a problem with my face. Asked Dr. Ourian to remove acne. The procedures were effective and without consequences.

I would give no stars if I could. I went to dr. Ourian to help me with my under eye dark circles. He told me that it was no problem and he said he would be doing injections and Laser all in one session. I was later told by several other doctors that this was malpractice. You are never to do injections and Laser within the same time frame. After getting the laser and injections which cost me $11,000, I left with puffy bruised eyes. It's now over a year later and my eyes still haven't healed. My eyes are now darker than before with considerable veins. After contacting his office, they tried to convince me that my eyes were like that before. Please please please do not trust this doctor.

Was at the reception to Dr. Ourain. Asked to he removal of acne on my face. The doctor coped with it perfectly.

Well, what can I tell you about this doctor?!-it is only that he is a great specialist and master of his craft. I think many people faced with my problem-when after birth, the breast droops. Initially I was very worried-until my best friend took him. We talked to him, discussed my problem and the doctor offered me a solution. A week later, he pulled my chest-that it was much better than it was before the birth of children. Thank you!

I want to thank dr. Ourian for his professionalism and ability to work with any client. He understood exactly what I needed and the result was just great! I always wanted such volumetric and lush buttocks! I am sexy and it is your merit!!!
