Service was great. Merchandise is what I expected and I’m definitely happy with this purchase. Will be letting friends and family know to buy from here also. Thanks👍🏾😊.

I order veto pro pac mct and delivery was supposed to be within 2 days. After 3 days i contacted them when didn't got any update on delivery or dispatch and they said they are not dispatching before friday so i have to wait up to next monday or tuesday(not even confirmed) very disappointing as my old only toolbag i had got ripped(not veto) and my tools are getting damaged and even lost because i dont have proper arrangement to carry them. I hope they dispatch it soon.

Great communication, items packaged well. Excellent dispatch times. Will only use epic air for veto products.

Very nice sales person, easy to buy from - even from Sweden. Quick transport and nice packaging. I will shop from here again if I get the chance.

Very good communication through out. Effortless process. Very helpful service.

Good communication. Delivered on time

I had been waiting for the Veto Pro Pac Spring Promotion. I received an email from Epicair telling me the promotion was on.
I ordered what I wanted and the goods were packed and dispatched the next day.
Great products, perfect for my needs.

Great service and quick delivery

Ho comprato da loro uno zaino della Veto, hanno spedito in tempi molto brevi. C'è stato un piccolo errore nella spedizione ma sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a risolvere il problema

They do not keep their site up to date, with the result that you buy things they no longer sell (then have to cancel, refund etc). Do not waste your time with them.

Great product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
V quick service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a pair filters for my Titon ventilation system on 27Dec and received them in 2 weeks. The delay was probably due to Christmas and the New Year holiday.

The filters are of good quality and I will buy from Epicair again in future.

I ordered a VetoProPack XXLF bag on 14/12/23 and currently I still have not received anything, my order has still not been shipped. I sent several emails and I have no response... I am very disappointed I thought I would receive my order for Christmas... I do not recommend at all. I can understand that there is a delay but the minimum would be to warn...!
