After being let down by Sofology for the 2nd time, we decided to look in Enzio. We found the perfect suite. Ordered, paid deposit, was told would be 4 wks. It was ready in 3 wk. All good, delivery team very helpful, carried our little 2 seater bk to conservatory for us, as my hubby is getting over bladder cancer and could move it. Will def buy from there again.

Purchased a ceramic dining table/chairs and their installers, Tony and Jay were excellent and also took all the packaging with them, free of charge. There was a lot of packaging, given the size of table.

John and Tony were great, they were even challenged by the fact something had happened mechanically with their van. They were friendly chatty and we value the time they spent putting the bed together. Absolutely fabulous service.

Ordered a table and chairs from this place. The staff were very attentive from the minute I walked in until I left. Products are high quality and should last very well. Overall happy experience.

Very sorry I ever went to this shop they refused to give me a full refund for furniture l had bought that was not suitable they said they would only give half the money back l said l wanted a full refund as the goods where in the original box’s this is when they became aggressive threatening and told us to get out.
We were forced to leave the shop.
We managed to get our money refunded though our credit card company.
I would never use this company again and I would not advise anyone to buy from this company.

Quality furniture that was delivered promptly, no hassle from staff compared to other retailers. I have visited many times over the years, the quality and service has brought me back. Buying furniture from the store has always been a preference to me over Ebay and online stores as I like to try the product before buying, and the staff made sure my needs were attended to.

Bought several items of furniture after visiting their showroom and they could have not been more helpful throughout the whole process and even helped me load up the car Would totally recommend

I ordered a dining set from Enzio Designs the customer service was exceptional. The showroom has excellent choice and the staff are very friendly. Overall very pleased with my purchase and it has made a massive difference to my dining area.

Fabulous table & chairs lots to choose from & I had very good customer service they kept them stored until we were ready , thank you Enzio I would definitely recommend them .

Ordered a table and chairs from this company. When delivered the boxes were unceremoniously "dumped" on top of each other (bearing in mind this was a white gloss glass table!). On unpacking and assembling two of the chairs had rust on the chrome bottoms and the square plinth under the table top was all split. Have phoned on numerous occasions but no-on ever answers the telephone so emailed - still no response! Have now managed to clean up the chairs as unable to arrange an exchange due to lack of response from company and table has been repaired by our builder. Would not recommend using this company as their customer service is diabolical!!

Why are Enzio asking for a review of my review to better understand how to deal with my complaint 7 years later. You Enzio have already responded to this review 4 years after the review was written, which you tried to intimidate me and tell lies, that i wasnt a genuine customer, which is untrue. My review still stands and i will not remove it as you have requested from trust pilot. I also hope trust pilot themselves dont remove it as people need to know what they are purchasing and to how you behave when people request a return and refund.

If i could have given this shop a rating of zero I would have done. I have never had an experience like this in my life. I bought a table and chairs which should have been delivered the following afternoon, it arrived at 7pm after much chasing about to find out where it was. When they arrived they put up the table and said they had put the chairs together in the shop for me they brought them in wrapped up tightly in lots of cellophane. Once they had left we unwrapped the chairs to find that they were all dirty, dusty and each chair was damaged chipped or scruffed. Being white high gloss made it stand out straight away. I contacted the shop to be told they would bring some new ones which I agreed too. Then my friend notice that one chair was different to the rest. It was low backed with rounded edges and cream, whereas the other 3 chairs were high backed square and white high gloss. Again I contacted the shop and explained this to them, I said that I wanted all high square backed white chairs that matched the table to be very rudely told, those chairs have been discontinued (although this was sold to me as a new range) that I had to have 4 low backed chairs that weren't even the same colour as the table. I told them that I did not want the table and chairs to collect them and refund me. I was messed about for a day back and forth with different staff members trying to fob me off. Eventually I spoke to someone who said if I wanted his boss said I could keep the items and be given a discount which I refused. Then he got very off handed and said ok my boss will take the items back but he will keep some of your money as the table had been put up. (During all this back and fourth i recieved a phone call from enzio saying they were on their way with 4 chairs I told them I didn't want the chairs that I wanted to return the items for a refund).
At this point I completely lost my temper and told them if they kept any of my money for items that they had sent which had obviously been ex display then I would have to involve trading standards. At this point the phone went down on me. I contacted trading standards and was given information on my rights as a consumer. I contacted enzio again informed of this. They then changed their tune and agreed to collect the items the following day and issue a full refund. I was messed about all day with the collection of the items no one could give me a straight answer on what time they would collect, Eventually I was told 5pm they arrived at 6.15pm. Thankfully I received my refund 2 days later. The items that I bought where not brand new they had been display models. They were not a new range as they described they were old discontinued stock that they were selling as their new range. When questioned on these issues they become rude and aggressive and try to intimidate. I will never use this shop again.

We ordered a dining set from Enzio and were thrilled when it arrived - it looked great and attracted many comments. However, just a few weeks into using it the chairs were beginning to come apart at the seams and they rapidly got worse.

Their customer service has been appalling. Initially we managed to get hold of them and they promised a full replacement - great. However the replacements never arrived and after that we were unable to get hold of anyone again. We are now trying to recoup our money, but meanwhile are left with a load of useless chairs.

Avoid!!!!
