I placed a pre-order for an item 7 months ago. It had a March release date. They notified me that the ETA was pushed back until sometime in August. In late August they charged my credit card, and the status of my online account for the order changed to "Processing". After 7 days, I called and asked why my item hasn't been shipped out yet ?.. They said that it's definitely in stock now and they're just having shipping delays. And I should call back at the end of the week, if I haven't received the tracking number. I called back later that week. The person whom I spoke to was nice, and said that he would message the shipping department to have this shipped out asap. And I would receive the shipping update/tracking notification later that night or the next day the latest. I checked my account later that evening and my account status changed again from "Processing" back to "Pre-order"!! Now with a ETA for January, 2024.
I was a little bit stunned to say the least. After waiting from February, 2023 to the end of August, to be charged, and finally have my item processing, and be told by multiple people that my item was in 100% in stock. I called back the next day. They acted like it was no big deal. They didn't have any information as to why it wasn't shipped. All he said was it was canceled for some reason. And I was refunded, and they Pre-orderd it for me again. With a ETA for January. He said that I would receive an email from the person whom I spoke with previously. I never received an email with an explanation from anyone.
A few days later, I canceled the order. They immediately charged my credit card again for shipping. It was for a small item that was also ordered in February. I received free shipping as part of a promotion for the full order. They are clearly incompetent and greedy. I would never do business with them again. I asked them to delete my account, but they just keep sending me spam emails. Horrible company.

Apparently I should have spoken to Donald. After reading the reviews and hearing how Donald fixes everything, I wish I would have reached him. Not that the Rep that I spoke to wasn't a pleasant person, she was and I presume did what she could for me. Which was nothing. I placed an order of 5 related but different Funko Pops ages ago and as always waited for Funko to finally release them. When they be did back in May 2023 I received 3 of the 5 figures. People I know who actually ordered after I did received their entire order. So Im a patient person, after all we are talking about plastic figures here. Nothing to get worked up about. However after receiving another email telling me now that I won't be receiving the rest of my order until October 2023, I called and was told that's just how it is. I do understand that they get what they get from the vendor, but after being restocked several times they still haven't sent the rest of my order and said it most likely won't be in October either. I was told it's a first come first serve situation, but that's already been disproven. I'm trying not to take it personally, but they seem hell bent on not sending me my entire order. Or at least entirely apathetic about it. It's really a shame because I've done a lot of business with this company over the years, but it looks like I'll have make my toy/collectable buys elsewhere from now on.

Donald over at Entertainment Earth was awesome. He was very professional and friendly. I had address issues with some orders I had placed. He was very patient and determined to help me with my situation. Great experience overall.

I spoke to Donald and told him about how my package was returned due to an accidental forward on my address. He was very helpful and prompt to resend out my package after verifying my address. I’m very thankful for such an easy process and a friendly customer rep. I have another order pending and I will be ordering from here again soon. Thank you!

Donald was extremely helpful when i called in regarding an online purchase and how i was charged shipping even though i was over the required amount to receive the free shipping promotion and he didnt do like some company service reps do and try to throw everything on the customer because when i explained the issue and he pulled my account and we spoke he was very quick to point out what happened and that it was a mistake on their end that should not have happened but did and made sure that the shipping amount i was charged was credited to my account so it would go towards my very next item that shipped. With me being on a fixed monthly income it did worry me to start with but he was quick to make sure all the facts were in order and explained everything to me and made sure i understand and he did so in a way that made me feel like we were on the same level whereas, again, some service reps talk down to you in explaining but Donald did not and on top of all if it he was very nice, helpful and got the issue resolved within a matter of minutes. Thank you Donald i do appriacate all your time and help with this matter it does help a lot!

No better place to buy your collectibles. Greater selection of items, and I love Funko Pops! I had to call in to their support to change the addresses on my backorders, and had the pleasure of speaking to Donald T.; he resolved everything, is very knowledgeable, and helped ease the anxiety I was feeling about potentially missing a delivery. Give these guys a visit...you won't regret it.

I had an issue with a package because of my shipping info and Donald helped me fix that so I won’t have this issue again. He also was very understanding and helping in getting my issue with my package fixed.

Spoke to Donald about an issue with an item. He was very helpful and explained the situation with the item. Also, after getting this survey to rate my experience I saw Donald's full name and realized I had dealt with him 1-time thru e-mail in the past on a return I had, and he was very helpful then as well.

I spoke with Donald this morning about an order placed in July. I was angry at first but Donald stepped up and not only took care of the situtation but was the nicest person I have spoken to at EE. I was about to just cancell the order but did not even have to get that far. I would suggest that you use Donald in any ordering needs.

Called to check on a cancellation of some items and Donald helped me cancel those items and add new ones so I could keep the free shipping promotion. Very helpful and considerate. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Thank you.
