The gentleman that I spoke with was incredibly nice and professional. I had an issue with free shipping not appearing on my order, and in a matter of seconds he had the problem rectified. This is the first time I have dealt with Entertainment Earth customer service and I could not be more pleased. He is a wonderful representative for your company!

They lied about shipping my package out and only created a label 7 business days later because I filed a claim. Outside of that the products were great and packaged good. Wish their shipping was as good.

Recently attended San Diego Comic Con and had the pleasure of dealing with Donald behind the counter. He was extremely people oriented and exceptionally understanding. I had perhaps the best customer service of the entire con with him! Way to go Donald! Keep up the amazing work :)

I have purchased many items at Entertainment Earth and have always had a great experience. On the occasions that I have needed to talk to their customer service representatives, the reps were always very helpful and professional.

I called to fix my new credit card info. and also question a charge that I have not received yet. Daniel immediately took care of my problem with no push back! We even talked a little bit about our own hobbies! Daniel is very professional and impersonable! He is someone that I would be proud of to have in my company!

I placed an order way over $59, so that guarantees me a free shipping. A week later I check on my order status online, since I haven't heard a thing from EE. The next thing I see is that one of the item in my purchase is in " back order". When I purchased that item it was "in stock". Now my order is less than $59 and guess what, I get an email the next day stating that the rest of my order is shipping but with a $21 shipping fee! I called cutomer service and the person did clarify that I will be getting a $21 refund but it will take another 3 days for me to see it and only if I don't cancel the back order which she's calling it now a "pre-order". I'm glad I'm getting a refund for the shipping fee but I feel like I'm being held hostage as a customer from purchasing somewhere else. The other big issue for me is that why label your items "in stock" when you don't physically have it. You're inconveniencing your customers that way! That purchase was supposed to be a birthday present. Get your online store and your inventory synced up!

I am moving, and needed to get my pre-orders addresses changed. I assumed it would be a hard process, but Donald made things extremely easy and all the while made sure I was satisfied with his help as well as Entertainment Earth.

I had made a mistake 100% on my end and had to contact Entertainment Earth directly. I spoke with a Donald Tapia, one of the companies top customer care specialists. Donald took great care of my concerns and immediately took action. It’s obvious that Donald takes pride in his job and hopefully Entertainment Earth realizes that. Everything was taken care of and I will definitely be doing business with Entertainment Earth in the future.

I had a set of figures that I pre-ordered that were canceled after I updated my payment method. Donald was able to reinstate my orders (including one that was pre-sold out after I ordered it) and even helped me fix the cards that I no longer use so this issue doesn't happen again. But thanks to him and the EE crew.

So, when I started ordering from EE I liked the company. Though, I did that before taking advantage of their free shipping on orders $40 and above. If you have a single pop coming to you it is a coin flip as to whether you will get your pop in mint condition.

Mint meaning that you get it in the condition they receive it. Not a guarantee that you will get what most people consider mint condition, where the collectable is essentially flawless. I believed that the guarantee meant the latter definition. I have now received several that are their definition of "mint" condition.

Yes, they have given discounts, but that doesn't fix my lost trust. I felt that buying from them guaranteed better quality than buying from Amazon. I wanted to support a company that wasn't Amazon. From now on I will be buying my pops from anywhere other than EE.

The extra cost isn't worth it. Buy from somewhere else, their company deserves to go bankrupt. Companies that use tricky gimmicks like EE should cease to exist.

Every one of their guarantees has a loop hole clause so they don't have to honor. Their pricing is higher than any other place but I believed it was worth it due to their "MINT CONDITION GUARANTEE." My order arrived 100% smashed and they said the guarantee only states the best condition they have. I tried to return, We dont take back orders over 4 units. I tried to price match other stores... They won't honor. Lesson learned. Customer service there is terrible. I don't recommend giving them your money... I know I won't fall for it again. They should be closed down for false advertising.

Placed an order, the order was all on backorder, notified after making the order, following email stated that any orders from the company were not charged until shipped, canceled the order, clicked the bell for in stock notification, and then all of a sudden items were in stock. Less than 24 hours of ordering too. Not sure why the long wait for to accept pay for the items but I don't do business with companies that have you guess at when you will be paying along with shipping. Payments should be accepted on order not when we decide to ship; whenever that would happen.

Donald T helped me with an issue on an order I had placed. He was great to work with, listened to my problem and offered a resolution that worked for me. Really great customer service and a pleasure to talk to.
