We booked a regular tasting lunch, which offered great hospitality and delicious food with the freshest ingredients, all prepared to showcase the wine. Highly recommended!

We discovered them when we were in Spello and had an amazing dinner and wine pairings last year. Ordered 6 bottles of their DOP olive oil and wonderful Proseco. Fast shipping, no broken bottles and great customer service. We cannot replicate the taste of the olive oil or Proseco in the US. Will be ordering again soon! Love the father daughter and son team.

Cercando una bottiglia di Kupra online, essendo impossibilitato ad andare direttamente in azienda per malattia, pur trovandomi in ferie non troppo distante da loro, l’ho trovata in diversi store online.
Ciò che mi ha convinto a scegliere Enoteca Properzio sono stati l’ottimo punteggio su Trust Pilot ed il valore aggiunto che loro, effettivamente, hanno una vera e propria enoteca con una cantina, fornitissima. Il che, nelle mie scelte, quando non posso andare direttamente dal produttore, è un grande plus, perché chi ha enoteca con cantina, e tante etichette pregiatissime, di certo il vino lo conserva in maniera ottimale, al riparo dalla luce, a temperatura ed umidità buone se non controllate.
Anche il prezzo, nel mio caso, era più vantaggioso, ma non avrei acquistato se non avessero avuto punteggio alto, né enoteca/cantina fisica.
La spedizione è avvenuta in tempi brevissimi e, al contrario di quanto altri possono aver detto, pur trattandosi di una bottiglia pregiata, da invecchiamento, su cui, ed è meglio informarsi prima leggendo il regolamento sul sito, non è possibile applicare sconti, nessuno mi ha contattato per dirmi che non era più presente in magazzino, anzi.
L’unica cosa spiacevole è stata, però, la consegna. Ciò, però, è imputabile solamente alla scadente qualità del servizio di GLS. Il corriere infatti ha pensato bene, dopo aver firmato in mia vece e col mio nome, di abbandonare la bottiglia davanti al portone di casa, dove è stato per circa 5 ore dalle 14.45 alle 19.30, in piena estate, in pieno sole, con 36-37 gradi all’ombra. Inutile dire che la bottiglia fosse irrimediabilmente rovinata. La sua temperatura esterna, estratta dall’imballaggio, era di oltre 39 gradi, parte del vino era uscito dalla capsula, non si vedeva il livello né sopra la spalla, né nel collo, per la pressione a cui il calore aveva sottoposto il liquido.
Ciò detto, mi è bastato inviare una mail al servizio clienti, con tutte le prove della mia assenza dal domicilio, ero in ospedale per risolvere la colica renale che mi affliggeva da quando ero in ferie, ed il fattaccio della firma apposta in mia vece. Il giorno dopo mi viene spedita una nuova bottiglia. Questa volta, anche se GLS ha rimandato di un giorno la consegna della bottiglia, per motivi interni, ma sono certo non fosse sul furgone ma in sede, il corriere mi ha chiamato prima di consegnare e, finalmente l’ho ricevuta brevi manu, anche se senza aver firmato nulla.
Mi sento di consigliare questa enoteca a chiunque abbia a cuore il buon vino. Sono stati gentili, premurosi ed estremamente professionali, anche considerate le mie condizioni di salute. Non mi hanno dato alcuna incombenza, a cui avrei fatto fatica ad adempiere, viste le visite ed i controlli ospedalieri, e hanno risolto tutto in modo impeccabile. Li ringrazio davvero tanto.
Acquisterò ancora da loro senza dubbio.

I paid 383 EUR, got confirmation of order #100001779 and never received a package. They use PayPal as transaction provider and PayPal asked me to send them scans of my personal IDs and other personal documents with my photos, which I refused of course. So the money has been taken from my VISA credit card and wine has not been shipped to me. Enoteca refused to help me in any way, although I asked them to either contact PayPal to return my money or to send me the wines. All I can do is to make an official reclamation for not receiving goods I paid for.
Lately I ordered wines from several web shops and never had such a problem or felt such disrespect of customer like I had from Enoteca Properzio.

Great experience no real issues. Order came quickly. Just wish I had gotten a email saying it shipped so i didn’t have to call and bother the kind helpful gentleman at the distributor.

1.You have great selections and labels. Your ordering is fast but once delivery is dispatched I don’t have info where the wine is till it shows up. I ordered from Tannico same time they’ve tracking order and got to me a day sooner. You are closer to Casole d’Elsa so why longer?
2. You asked me to write review of the wines I ordered. I did. And you said it was fine and here’s 10%discount next purchase. But I never receive any code to allow discount toward next purchase.
