I have never written a review for any product I have purchased but I am making an exception for Enoteca Properzia. This is the second time I have ordered from you and have found your attention to detail and expediency in ordering to be superb. Your price point compared to that in the US, despite shipping charges, is still a remarkable bargain. I’m certainly impressed and have recommended your company to others. Keep up the good work.

Besvarelse fra Enoteca Properzio
Dear Roger,
thanks for choosing us.
We just noticed you left this bad review on TrustPilot because you said you never got the bottles.Well, they are on the way and it takes max 20 working days to receive them to the US.This is your tracking number and everything in on the way:
FEDEX 392994215819
The shipping agent emailed you with this but probably you never got it.Everything is in order from our side as usual, since we are used to ship everyday worldwide lots of bottles of wine and more.
Thanks again and I remain at your disposal. If you like our service like I am sure you will please cancel any bad reviews about us because important for our business.
The best,
Enoteca Properzio Srl
