Avoid at all costs
Ordered a christening certificate holder. Waited 3 week for it to turn up was then told there were none available after ringing for 2 days to get hold of "george". Forgot to email and would issue me a refund. Rang back a week later still no refund. Was told will be next few days. Another week goes to past no refund and now wont answer my calls. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service and product!
Reading the reviews really shocked me as I got excellent service from engraved memories. I ordered a Personalised Floral Sentimental Large Crystal Token. It came but with a mistake on the inscription. I emailed but then decided to ring. George answered my call, told him about the mistake and the item was re sent engraved correctly within 48 hours. I was really impressed so I’m really surprised others had such a negative experience as mine was positive. Item was beautiful and just what I wanted. :)

I would rate lower than 1 star if I could. How can they even call themselves a company when they just take peoples hard earned money and don't actually send the product?? Goodluck trying to get a reply out of them. They ignore their emails and messages. DISGUSTING.

Ordered a photo watch on 1 December as a Christmas present. Expected delivery was 13 - 16 December.
On 12 December I received a message saying that the item I ordered wasn’t in stock but that I could have a different colour. I refused and asked for a refund.
I have sent 3 messages, rang and also texted this company but NO RESPONSE.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't expect a response from supplier
It has been 8 working days since my order was posted. Company policy states it should take no longer than 3 days to be delivered.
When trying to contact the company I was told to wait a full 2 weeks which is against their own policy. Have been trying to get a response since and calls, online chats and emails have been ignored.
I don't have what I have paid for and now cannot get a refund due to being ignored. Terrible service when ordering such emotive gifts

Worst shopping experience. Very misleading company
On 26/09 I ordered a bracelet for my husband's birthday which was on 07/10. I chose Engraved memories over other Chinese companies as they claim they are UK company and I was hoping for quicker delivery and better quality. Even though their prices are almost double. Of course that was not the case. Ones I placed the order I told them I need it by 07/10 as it is a birthday present. George replied that they will do their best. According to their T&C they ship within 2-7 working days after payment which is taken immediately and deliver 1-2 days after unless is International. Well i am located in London so the delivery should not be international.
I never received a shipment confirmation from them.On 05/10 I emailed them to make sure I'll get it on time,I didn't get a reply. As you can guess I didn't receive it for my husband's birthday. Huge disappointment. Luckily i could track my order on the SHOP app and could see it's coming from CHINA.10/10 (2 weeks after I placed the order) I emailed again and they said that some of the items are DROPSHIPPED and takes 10-14 working days. This was never and nowhere mentioned before. Very MISLEADING. On 12/10 I eventually received the bracelet which overall looks ok but it came with a missing symbol (&) between the names (in my case words) and looks weird. Of course they tried to blame me for their mistake. They offered to send it back to to them to be fixed or a refund if i want to return it. I refused both as i wasted too much time,nerves and money with them.I could have ordered directly from China and would have received it quicker.
