We ordered two custom double-sided engraved dog tag keychains as memorial pieces for our dogs Rex and Zora, and the final result turned out absolutely beautiful.

The engraving quality is excellent, the photos were processed very carefully, and the amount of detail they managed to preserve in stainless steel is honestly impressive. George was patient throughout the entire process and was willing to make multiple adjustments to the mock-ups until everything looked exactly right. Communication was always friendly and professional.

What I especially appreciated was that he really listened to the feedback. Small details, such as background removal, correcting image composition, matching font sizes, and even making a subtle adjustment so one photo looked more natural, were all taken seriously and handled with care.

At the same time, I do want to give balanced feedback:
Communication could occasionally be a little slow, especially during busy periods, and the process required quite a bit of back-and-forth clarification to avoid misunderstandings. Because these are highly personalized products, you should take the time to explain your wishes very clearly and carefully review the previews before approving production.

That said, once production started, the end result exceeded our expectations and was absolutely worth the effort and waiting time. Shipment to the Netherlands took about a week.

Terrible. Strongly recommend not to order if staying out of the UK. We are based in Belgium and ordered rhe product 4 weeks ago and until now I don't have my package. Misleading marketing used online which makes you think you will receive your item in 3 days. Also no real information given on import tax. After paying 15 Euros for delivery still had to pay 30 Euros for the import tax. Absolutely not worth it.
