Absolutely beautiful key ring engraved with my grandchildren on, a birthday present for their Mummy x

Order took a while to arrive, however once it did arrive, I have to say it did come in a very lovely packaging (I did put on the note that’s it a present) and the carving on the locket/necklace was done really well, the pictures I uploaded were placed perfectly inside, I was actually very impressed that it was worth the wait 😅 just allow a few weeks - as it will take a while till it’s in transit, after that point u do get a Royal Mail tracking number.

The first bangle I ordered was not what I expected rang them up and they let me re order another style free of charge and keep my first one too

I was very impressed with the quality of my purchase, the actual quality is amazing, it was a split heart keychain, my girlfriend absolutely loves her half, it was a great price, very prompt delivery, well packaged, and had fantastic customer communication, I would highly recommend this small business, 10/10 , also the engraving is beautifully done, many thanks to engraved memories.

Everything went perfect! I'm really satisfied with how the photo turned out. The product feels high quality :) It's quite heavy for a keychain though. Still very happy, thank you!

This business is exceptional. I have ordered four mirrors so far and the quality has been excellent - the recipients have been thrilled. The last mirror I requested speedy shipping and George was brilliant and sent it super fast - to be fair the previous mirrors all arrived quickly too. I will be ordering more from this lovely business and highly recommend for quality, value and trustworthiness - 5 stars on all counts!

The item itself was fine, however, it took over 3 weeks to arrive, and despite what must have been over a dozen messages sent to them via email, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram not single response until they day it was posted. This was bought as a special birthday gift, finally arriving a week late. Absolutely terrible customer service so please consider that before buying from them

I ordered a personalised suit carrier bag from Engraved Memories for my brother for Christmas, with his initials, and it was a huge hit. He absolutely loved it, and so did the rest of the family. The quality is excellent: sturdy, well made, and with a really nice material that feels premium. Personalisation was done perfectly and delivery was fast. A great gift idea and a company I’d happily order from again.

Read the reviews and look through various different website websites to find necklaces and pendants that could be personalised and came across this website. I placed my order a couple of weeks before Christmas it said it would ship between 7 to 5 days. That did not happen my item was shipped after Christmas. I received no information regarding tracking the parcel. I had to email constantly to receive just a tracking number to see when it would be delivered. They delivered the wrong item to me I was livid because I had just waited three weeks for this item. Then they closed over the Christmas period so I had to wait till January to get a response. I’ve got a response at the communication was good however was it solved in the end? Yes to an extent. To resolve them sending out the wrong item to me with the wrong engraving they sent another necklace that was supposed to be the correct one. It had the correct engraving wrong everything else. I just kept the necklace as I can’t refund it even though I asked them how to refund an item multiple times. So they replaced my original item with a different item that I did not order quite chaotic in hell the logistics of this company is run. Would I recommend them? An order from them again, no. Two stars because they tried to help to resolve the situation however their efforts were poor. Now I just have two necklaces, one with incorrect engraving and another with the correct engraving, but wrong necklace

I truly wish there was an option to rate below one star. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing — the main items from my order were cancelled without any prior notice, and I was informed only after a long delay. The items I eventually received were not worth the price I paid. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this seller based on my recent order.
