I’m delighted with the blind, the wide slats look great in my bathroom. Customer service was excellent when I changed my mind about having a taped blind and my order/refund was processed straight away.
Would definitely recommend

Excellent product, reasonable price but took just over a month to arrive

I placed an order on 27 December and received confirmation emails stating that my order would be dispatched within 3–6 working days. This information turned out to be completely untrue.

When I contacted customer service to enquire about the delay, the experience was extremely disappointing. The representative was rude and unprofessional and even laughed at me for raising a legitimate concern about the delivery timeline. This was unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my order was delivered in separate shipments and arrived with missing and incomplete components, making the one blind inefficient. The quality of both the product and the service fell far below expectations and doesn't worth the waiting.

I also emailed to formally complain about the customer service experience but, to date, have received no response, which only added to my frustration.

Overall, this company lacks basic customer service standards, clear communication, and accountability. They could greatly benefit from proper customer service training and more honest delivery timelines. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Excellent service that I have used before. Slight delay on delivery over the Xmas period but arrived in timescale required. Excellent fit and function.

Sadly the little twist fit roller blind we ordered, although it looked great in the box, we were unable to get it to work so that it either rolled all the way down to the window sill or all the way up to the top. We tried troubleshooting online and all the usual things we've done in the past with roller blinds, but the chain connector always stopped the blind from rolling up or down to its full extent. No amount of rolling or un-rolling made any difference so we can only assume it is something to do with the 'gearing' of the twist to fit mechanism. Very disappointing as it was a much needed cloakroom blind whilst we had guests staying and we had to resort to buying an off the shelf standard fix blind and cut down to size, which is never the same!

I am very pleased with the 2 blinds I ordered from this company. They fit perfectly.

Poor quality, kitchen blind is bowed out of packet. Spoken to there technical team who are rude and don't listen to issue. Requested the blind to be replace or a full refund provided but refused.

The made to measure blind arrived promptly. We noticed that the bottom of the blind had some indents/creases but the inside pole was not damaged, something wasn't quite right with the fabric and contacted CS an Gemma responded very quickly and a solution was offered. Thank you.

Overall this was a very positive experience. I ordered two blinds during what was possibly a Black Friday deal, so a good price. I was aware that they needed to be made so wasn’t expecting them too soon. Initially I didn’t get a confirmation email and as this was my first time ordering from them I was a little concerned. However, I rang and spoke to a gentleman who said they sometimes have problems with emails to Hotmail addresses. He gave me the order number and resent the confirmation. I dropped half a star for this as feel it’s something that should be rectified. I haven’t ever not had email confirmation from anywhere else before.
That being said I was updated when the blinds were dispatched and they arrived within 7 working days from initial order. Both seem good quality roller blinds. Remaining half a star dropped here as received 4 brackets (as expected) but only 5 wall plugs and screws (needed 8). A quick email prompted a rapid response with the promise of more screws etc in the post. Customer service is very good but maybe whoever packaged the items needs to show a bit more diligence.

Roller blinds looks cheap and nasty, god knows why it took so long to make. Cord is actually been made to short, so to blind does not open or close fully. Contacted customer service and was greeted with a very rude man. Blind has gone in the bin. I shall go to a better company.

First time ordering from English blinds and what a great company they are.
The faux wood venetian blinds I ordered were exactly what I wanted and were well made. I have just ordered some more for another window because I was so pleased.

Ordered 5 blinds originally after fitting they looked really good so have now just fitted a sixth one in the bathroom,we're really pleased,many thanks.
