I bought a T-shirt on line , after a couple of days I was emailed to say they don’t have it in stock and will refund me , they also gave me 20% off something else, but how do u know if they have it , as it still says they have the t shirt!please keep website updated !!!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. My experience with their order fulfilment has been disappointing, and it has not been an isolated incident.

I placed my most recent order on 23 June as a birthday gift for myself. Although the advertised delivery time suggested it should arrive in time, I had no way of tracking my order and was left wondering whether it would arrive at all. Before I even received my delivery, I was asked to leave a review. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, I was told that it had been placed late in the evening. In my opinion, this did not explain the lack of communication or provide any reassurance about the delivery.

This was not my first problem with this company. On a previous occasion, my order was delayed, and another time one of the bottles was missing from the delivery, requiring further contact and additional waiting before the missing item was sent.

Based on my own experience, the order fulfilment process seems poorly organised. My advice to anyone ordering wine for a special occasion is to place the order well in advance and keep a close eye on its progress. If everything goes smoothly, that's great—but I would not rely on the advertised delivery times alone.

The selection of wines is excellent, but unfortunately the customer service and delivery experience have let the company down.

The book requested arrived a week later, the gift message was missing.

Clear items with prices, order easy to complete, Delivery & tracking through EVARI (seems to be monitored by English Heritage) let you know they are expecting parcel, then when they have it, they expect to deliver within 48 hours & again when its out for delivery with expected time slot. My order & delivery worked smoothly.
It is a shame that the guide book, which had all the info I required, wasn't available at the property I visited.

My order was easy to place and dispatched quickly. It was delivered on time and the packaging was sufficient to ensure it's safe delivery. The soft toy is gorgeous and made to a high standard and the marmalade I ordered is delicious. I would highly recommend buying from English Heritage-great job! Thank you everyone involved!!

Ordered two items - money taken and order placed. A day later email said not available and sent refund. Is there not a system which informs stock nor available at the time of purchase?

Placed an order (£71) online to receive an email within the hour informing me the order was cancelled due to no stock! Surely in todays digital world English Heritage can have a online shop that stock takes at the same time as orderes are placed to show whether items are available. Best thing was that they had just sent me the email advertising the products and I have subsequently received another email asking me to review the items. Come on English Heritage sort your system out.

Absolutely perfect experience. Ordered the items got the items a couple days later. Quality. Good price.

The EH guidebooks are of very high standard. The postage seemed very high and delivery was a little slow despite that! (I think at least a week, and with Evri rather than PO from memory)

The one product I like to order is the blood orange marmalade as it is so good but unfortunately it seems to be out of stock often for long periods and on a few occasions.

Firstly I was not given members discount. When I queried it the order was cancelled ‘stock problems’ . Money was refunded promptly but they lost points on poor communication

I bought the bluestone bracelet for a friend and it is a lovely bracelet but it would be nice if it had come in a box (or the option to buy a box) as it was just loose in a Jiffy bag. I have since ordered a small box from Amazon.

Visited a site that has no visitor centre of EH shop, but which itself (through signage, etc) made you want to learn more about its history (Bury St Edmunds Abbey).
Swiftly found the guidebook online and made a purchase which arrived within 48 hours.

I have the Gallos statue and bought one as a present for a family member who loved it. The parcel was delivered quickly and left in my designated safe place. The outer box was damaged, maybe by the carrier, but the inner package was well wrapped and safe.

Firstly you didnt have what I wanted so I suggested you send a mixed selection of goods and then you decided not to do that and credited me which is the only good thing you achieved. I wont be doing business with you again
