Poor customer service
I ordered a shirt with a name and number on. It deselected the number without me realising and the order went through. When the shirt came without the number and contacted them, I was unable to return it or have the number added. Massive waste of money! Was disappointed with the customer service.

Badge that was issued on my shirt was…
Badge that was issued on my shirt was apparently "faulty" not sure how you get a faulty badge... It said European champions but not European champions 2022 which was really the only reason I ordered it. When I questioned them they said it was a faulty badge... They could not issue me a new badge. They gave me a discount and I got a little bit of a refund. But that's not the point. I spent a lot of money to get the real thing ... I'd have been better off getting a fake.
I like my shirt but I'd not have spent all that money if I'd have known the badge was not what was advertised!

Avoid if you might need to return anything.
42% of their reviews on here are 1 star at the time of writing this and I can see why.
I ordered several items from the England store to try on. I then sent some of them back using the returns process but heard nothing for several weeks and it was a lot of money of mine they were holding on to.
I had to contact them via their online chat and what a nightmare that was! They made it extremely difficult for me to get anywhere and didn't even know what items I'd returned. They also kept me waiting for ages.
I'd only use them if you are 100% sure you won't need to return anything! They assure me they are dealing with mine now but I'm still waiting.
If anyone from the England store reads this - please view the chat history of when I contacted you. It might help prevent you from losing further customers...

OUTRAGEOUS SELLING & MARKETING BEHAVIOUR…
Ordered an item on 27/7 within minutes of it first being on sale. Since then England Store have continued to send out ads showing it is for sale.
Received notification from Evri last week that they have it and it is on the way.
Spoke to England Store just now on their chat line to check progress. Agent told me it is out of stock with no plans for replenishment, they just give Evri an order number but that doesnt mean Evri has it(?!!!), and then proceeded without my consent to action a refund!!!!
Minutes later I saw on their site it is still for sell. with an anticipated shipping date tomorrow 12/8/25 !! JUST OUTRAGEOUS!

Someone on the live chat helped me fix my problem
Recently ordered a t-shirt but it got cancelled so I received a 25% discount instead. I had trouble activating the discount but I was able to speak to someone who helped me amazing using an online chat. I was able to successfully order a new t-shirt and use the 25% discount very easily after that. I received the t-shirt on the 6th of August and everything is brilliant.

Refund massive delay
I've used the England store for purchases a lot. They aren't the cheapest and the packaging is disappointing when it arrives (usually thrown into the outer bag!) but what's really incensed me is their returns. I returned an item a while ago, still waiting on a refund as it can take up to 14 working days!! That time has now passed...they've said sorry and they will now process the refund and I need to wait up to 5 more working days for it to arrive.
A) why should I have to chase my refund?
B) how can a company get away with having my money for an additional 19 working days after I sent them the item back??
Unlikely I'll be using them again after this.

Total scam of a company - avoid.
Paid £100 for a Chloe Kelly shirt for my daughter on the 27th July.
It was dispatched over a week later, but then I got a message from Royal Mail saying it could not be delivered as it was incorrectly labelled and it was returned to the sender.
Despite several emails to their customer service department I haven’t got any response. Feels like a total scam. Asked for my money back and still no response. Please avoid them at all costs.

Delivery time not as stated
I have placed an order on 8th july for my nieces birthday and it said 1-3 business days for delivery so i thought it would get there on time. Just gone on today which is 13 th july, my nieces birthday! and it said its not processed yet and expected delivery is 22-24th July! If i had known this i would not have bothered ordering! It is not clear how to contact them to complain on the website.

I have now received another email stating there has been a further delay. Absolutely ridiculous! How hard is it to send out a poster! The reply about despatch times is completely misleading! order 193-7168-4191 for your reference.
