I run an Architectural Design and Construction Practice and have used Energysmart on many of my projects. They are a friendly and professional team and I would recommend them for anyone needing an Energy Assessor

Excellent service. Professional, reasonably priced and efficient. Kept me informed of times of arrival and provided report within a couple of days.

My wife Anna has used this company before to arrange EPC ratings and they were completed in a very professional manner. Today, she rang them and spoke to Jane who she had previously dealt with in the past and had found to be very helpful. Anna was seeking advice on how to improve the ratings. Jane transferred the call to Ricky who was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. These staff are a credit to the company and have ensured that we will not use anyone else but Energy Smart World when obtaining an updated EPC.

Had some building work done, but when the build controller visited he said you need a SAP report. Searched Google as I'd never heard of a SAP report or where to get one, and the builder was not much wiser.
Found energysmartworld.co.uk and phoned to discuss obtaining a report.
Supplied photos and details of work and they provided a SAP reading, which was below requirement and suggested options to meet the SAP required.

We have recently had a boiler installed with no cost at all. The entire process was smooth from application, to phone call and then assessment. The work carried out was fast and efficient with a friendly team, extreme focus to get it done within the day... We have a brand new energy efficient boiler and most certainly we have peace of mind for having it done. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

Company did my mother's epc, very happy. Everything went smoothly would use again. Got reminders, Lewis turned up on time, received the EPC in 2 days as promised.

This company is only interested in taking your cash, they came, did an EPC, reading was low which was fine but just registered it without asking. Words were "if we told you it was low you wouldn't have paid" total disregard for sorting the problem and only advised the most expensive solutions. Not interested at all in helping solve the problem

Mixed feelings with this company, at first it took a lot of complaining to get the work finished however Harvey has been amazing in getting the work completed 👍

Rick was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and best of all.... He advise me, to help me. Many companies advise to sell. But his advice was more work for him but saved me MONEY.

Exceptional service. A compnay not previously known to me (Googled them), so no bias. Great communication, prompt and efficient service and did exactly what they said they would do. Reasonably priced too.

I incorrectly booked an EPC with Energysmart as I already had one. Rickie found the current EPC online and realised it is still valid, called me, emailed the details and refunded my payment, saving me time and money. I didn't think customer service like this still existed !!! 6 stars and Energysmart is on my reference list ! Thanks guys.
