I enrolled this gym and asked if I wanted to leave what to do. They said just to let us know at least 10 days before the the next bill starts. I had to leave the country and I cancelled it as I was told and even went to the gym to speak with the manager and he told me that everything was done as I should. Few days after I got an email saying that I had to pay another month as the gym’s policies. I explained that I was told what I wrote up and that I wasn’t in the country. They said that everything was explain in the welcoming policies ( I didn’t read them as I had the manager in front of me ) and I asked everything that I needed it. At the end I had to paid another month without being even in the country. What I hate is that I asked before enrolling and they said you can go whenever you want, there is no contract and you just need to let us know with 10 days in advance ( before my next billing) . Lie!!

Handy location with ok equipment. Can get extremely busy in rush hour.

Wouldn’t recommend showers or toilets as they smell awful. Often water on the floor when you are getting changed.

I joined from another competitor gym and so glad I changed to this gym! Super friendly and supportive. I had an induction with one of the PT’s there and they take you through everything and more. It was so useful and made me feel less anxious starting a new gym. I’ve been recommending this gym to everyone!!

The gym is really good, lots of choice of machines to use. The personal trainers are great. I have used Michael and found him helpful in my training schedule to achieve my goals. Great gym at a reasonable cost too!

The only gym membership that's worth having is one that you use.

Energie is so close to my home, so it's very easy for me to get to on a consistent basis. I literally walk past it more than once a day.

So I've gone from not going to the gym for the last 3 years, to going 4 times a week.

The space is used very well, and because it's all on one floor, you can see what's going on.

If it's busy, you can see when the area you want to use comes free and do something else; so it's hassle free.

I've always found other members to be polite.

They go to exercise, not to socialize or treat the place like a dating agency.

The staff are great too. Really helpful.

Clean and robust equipment, nice people, good vibes at the gym.

I’ve had issues with Énergie and being billed for admin costs that were never mentioned nor justified. I changed my direct debit details and was suddenly told that I’m being billed double.

They’re a tiny gym with limited customer service (both on the floor and online) so it has not been the best experience for me.

The facilities themselves however (despite being limited in machinery and equipment) seem always clean and neat - not stuffy and smelly like the Putney Pure Gym.

I really like this gym. The people are very nice, the gym is well equipped and there are plenty of machines and free weights. It can get crowded after 6PM but it’s the case with any gym. I’m very happy I chose this place as it helped me love working out again.

Great staff and a friendly atmosphere where you can focus on things that you suppose when visiting a facility like that in the first place.

The app doesn’t show the correct people number in the gym, so when I arrive it’s full and can’t find place to workout properly.

Love almost everything about the gym, equipment, staff, price, all great.
At peak times it can feel a bit cramped. I’d also be willing to pay more if there was a sauna /steam room facility. There is a large unit empty next door, has anyone thought extending the size of the gym?

I was in the process to join the gym (first time) and the attendant Miss Greta T who I want to know the fees and I ask about prices (join fee) £ 35 I question the mention price she replied in a very aggressive and rude manner " Go away ". I believe this was a very rude and aggressive answer!!. First initial bad experience. I consider that if that is the way you will lose many new customers on a very competitive market
