They could be a bit more attentive and…
They could be a bit more attentive and efficient in the mornings.
Ensuring that blue rolls and cleaning spray are there rather than waiting for someone to mention it to them.
The gym is too cluttered with pieces of equipment not in use all over the place.This is also a health and safety concern. I've nearly tripped over something twice.
In general the service is passable.

I do love this gym
I do love this gym. The staff are great they ask questions, listen and act upon the members wants and needs.
I can see how some people may be nervous around some of the guys training hard and grunting but everyone is kind and helpful. People will assist to spot or give advice if u just ask. Its a good community base. Have made many friends.

There are too many people in the gym…
There are too many people in the gym and there is not space or everything is occupied. I think you should consider stopping entering people in the gym or avoid rush hours because it's getting very unconfortable

Super friendly and helpful staff
Super friendly and helpful staff. It's never dirty and I always feel comfortable exercising there. Great location and price! I'm super excited about them getting more space soon as well!

It is good value for money
It is good value for money, not overcrowded (which many gyms are), there is plenty of space and the machines are readily available. The changing rooms and toilets are clean. Opening hours are convenient.

Staff are amazing but materials are not..!!
Staff are amazing, friendly and helpfull but the marerials are broken, very old and some are not high enough, you need to invest some money in that because material look old and owfull (in Kilburn)

Small local budget gym
I have been regularly going to Énergie Fitness for about 6 months. It's near to my house and I am fortunate to be able to go late mornings, when it's not crazy busy.
It's a small gym, but quite well equipped. I've never tried classes, so no experience with that. I use some of the machines and free weights mostly. Before signing up I checked the other two gyms out nearby, to be honest they were not worth the extra money for what they have to offer.

i would give you 5 stars BUT people is…
i would give you 5 stars BUT people is careless and 90% of customers dont take the stuff back after they finish.
if its my gym i would put a 1£ fine every time they do and they will stop doing it very quickly... for sure.
i really like but just that... all the rest is very good.
