Very disappointing service
Had there been an option to give zero stars, I would have done so.
Their modus operandi is clear, they'll charge very low compared to the competitors to get the booking. While returning the car, they'll charge you additional for cleaning and items that you can't even comprehend. If you refute, they'll say that it's in the contract while at the same time they won't give you time to read it asking you to sign it quickly. They wouldn't mention anything that you should be aware of, keeping it as a loophole to charge you. And while returning the car, they wouldn't come and check the car with you telling everything is fine, so that you won't have the option to question them then and there.
Please refrain from booking with them and go for trusted names in the market if you want peace of mind.
Never going to book with them again.
EDIT: As a response to this review, they have asked to raise a complaint in their portal and they'll look into it. I did this, there's no further response. I thinking this is part of their tactic to make others believe that they take these reviews seriously. Anyway I didn't have much hope while raising the complaint.
