Would not recommend! Find any other bus company to book with.
No customer service after not providing the paid for service, instead arguing that a bus arriving 30 minutes late to pick up wedding guests as a replacement service for a broken down bus with no communication as to arrival time is a suitable delivery of their service and refusing to provide a full refund.
Communication is lacking, often taking weeks to respond via email. These guys couldn’t care less.

Never travel with Emu
I had an extremely disappointing experience with our recent bus trip to a concert, which was managed by the company Emu and driver Jack Shu. The entire trip was a mess from start to finish, and I would strongly advise against using their service. First, our bus was 45 minutes late to pick us up. This delay caused unnecessary stress, and we missed part of the concert as a result. But the frustration didn’t stop there. At one point, the driver, Jack Shu, started threatening to call the police over unopened drinks we had on board, which was completely unreasonable. We weren’t causing any disruption, yet he treated us like criminals. To make matters worse, Jack also threatened to charge us an additional $220 because the bus had to stop for a brief break. This felt completely unjustified, and I’ve never encountered such a lack of professionalism or understanding on a bus trip. Overall, the entire experience was stressful, poorly managed, and left us feeling more frustrated than anything else. I would not recommend Emu for any future trips, and I certainly won't be using them again.

Our driver came 35 minutes late then our driver then abruptly abused us for unopened cans and a slab of beers, which then made us 45 minutes late and threatened to call the cops on us which made everyone unsettled leaving us arriving late to our music event 1hr late

Don’t use this company. We booked for a pick up after a wedding for 50 people. They arrived early then left right at the booking time, without coming to tell us, leaving our guests stranded. Then, to make things worse, we had to argue for a refund but only offered 20% and further arguing we only received a 50% refund.

Where was it in your policy on your website or on our invoice that said it was standard practice to arrive early and leave right at the booking time?
Where was the due diligence and common sense of the driver to ask a guest or physically leave the bus, walk 200m, to enquire at the venue?
8 minutes after the scheduled time of booking is not too much to ask for!
Where was the promise of the person at the call centre who finally called us back that agreed that this situation was not right and that we would receive a refund?
This was not a gesture of good will, this was bad business practice!!!

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but it’s important to clarify a few points.
The vehicle arrived early, as is our standard practice, and the driver waited until the booking time and even stayed additional time afterward. Unfortunately, the vehicle could not remain there indefinitely.
We fulfilled the booking requirements by arriving on time, but the issue arose because the customers did not show up. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial refund, even though we were not at fault.
Excellent
Happy with every aspect of our trip with emu - we will be using them again
