Pete and Steve was amazing when transporting my mum to her new nursing home she was very anxious and they did there best to reassure her. She had a stroke so doesn’t understand what is happening and Pete and Steve made sure they were talking to mum the whole time. They were so kind and friendly. We’re so lucky to have these amazing people

I found EMA online and had three people turn up - plus the Ambulance - to move Mum from home to a home. They were on time and the vehicle was in good order. They were great with Mum and the whole process was very easy.

I was knocked over on a zebra crossing and had multiple injuries. I had to go to a rehabilitation centre for assessment for my injuries and Jonathon and Samuel of Ema patient transport were sent to take me as I’m unable to walk. I was in a wheelchair and was put safely into the ambulance. Both Jonathon and Samuel were courteous kind and treated me with the utmost respect. They had to wait almost two hours to bring me home. Arrived early. Very professional. Unhurried and calm throughout. Only a short journey but everything was done properly and with all the focus on the patient. very happy with service. I would definitely recommed them.

I contacted EMA to arrange a private ambulance for my mother from Heathrow airport. We received a first-class service from the initial contact with the office to the drop-off. Michelle handled the administrative process. She promptly provided me with a quote and T&Cs and was incredibly efficient in answering follow-up questions and making arrangements. Her communications were clear.

Sam and Jonathan handled the logistics with equal efficiency, with professionalism, care, kindness and calmness. They were prompt arriving and looked after my mother well. They inspire you with confidence and nothing was too much trouble for them.
