The order took 5 weeks to arrive, even though it says the clothes are made in North Carolina. This is a scam. It has Chinese written on each item and also the bag they came in. They will not answer emails and there is no phone. I am lucky I am only losing $123 for this awful, inferior merchandise. Do not be scammed like I was. Do NOT purchase from this company. Elsiu, if you are reading this, my order number is 10149025 and my zip code is 33483. I am going to post this all over Facebook and Instagram. If you see this review, look up my order and call me regarding returning this horribly made, inferior merchandise. Now I know why you do not send invoices along with your merchandise. YOU ARE SCAMMERS......

I am trying to return a swim suit that doesn't fit and cannot get in touch with Customer Service. Whenever I type in the return directions it brings me back to the Home page. I can't find a phone number as well. HELP!!

Fast shipping and item fit as described. I am 5’7” 148lbs. size large fits perfect, even in the butt where I am deficient.

I ordered a bathing suit from this company. It took a while to receive the package. I did receive it but the bathing suit did not fit me well. When I emailed them about returning the bathing suit, they offered me $10 and I can keep the bathing suit. When I declined, they offered me $16 and I would be responsible for shipping. I would like a full refund and return the bathing suit. I will not pay for shipping. Don't buy from this company. Stick to Amazon that offers free returns, no questions asked.

This suit flattered! I’m a size 10-12, 42 bust, larger tummy and a bit soft. Large fit great - Very comfortable being lighter weight than many of my ‘control’ suits, and surprisingly just as flattering. So happy!

All of the items are great. Decent quality and fits true to size. My only complaint is the length of time for delivery.

It took awhile to get the product. I had to check cameras to insure delivery. Yes, it was delivered.
Quality was about what I expected, it was not a pricey swimsuit.
I'm sure it will be fine for it's purpose.

I placed an order on January 30 2024. The total was $111.10. I am still waiting for my purchase. Can someone please help.

Unfortunately my story is extremely similar to the other reviews. I ordered 3 items and all were of poor quality. On their website says easy returns, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
After contacting customer service, we have been playing a dumb game of tag negotiations starting at a refund of 10% of my order.
I'm extremely sad I fell for this, please don't do the same.

If you the star as a rate, you’ll notice that they are all 5 stars. Ordered 2 items, 1 was too small, so I thought okay, exchange it. Nope!! No where to contact them.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed an order for 2 sweater dresses that cost $109.23 on November 11, 2023. The items arrived 5 weeks later. I was not happy with the quality of the items as they were cheaply made and did not appear as nice as they looked in the pictures. I contacted customer service, they offered me $21 and for me to keep the items. I was unhappy with that, and asked for a full refund. They then offered $35 and for me to keep the items. This went back and forth again, until they said the "best we can do is offer $54 and for you to keep the items." When I pressed for a full refund they said that I would have to pay for shipping to their warehouse in Dubai, which is very expensive. This is unacceptable. No where on their website does it say we would have to return the items to Dubai. It says on their website they are a US based company, which is a lie. They are a scam. Do not buy from them!

I was unaware at the time I placed my order, that 2 of the items were not in stock. This was not mentioned on the website or prior to checkout. I believe the website should have this included when the patron chooses a size and color (if option). If the patron still wants to purchase the item maybe give an option to be put on a waiting list until the product comes in again. Then they would get notified by Elsiu.
Due to this, the shipment was delayed more than it should have been. One of the items I needed to wait on were for my daughter's Birthday gift. I had to find something else like it for replacement. I will save this now for 1 of her Christmas gifts.

It took a long time to get my 3 bathing suits that I ordered and even though I am 5'2" and 117 pounds, the small did not fit me. I wrote back via email and was told to send more shipping money and they would replace them with 3 mediums. That was a month ago. I have continually asked for shipping information and they say it hasn't shipped yet. When pressed as to when it will be shipped this is what I got back...

Prepare items for shipment, 3-10 business days normally. Transit of package 2 - 12 business days.

I have sent more emails and gotten "your items are not ready." I don't need to keep emailing to know that information. This has been insanely frustrating and summer is over. This was originally ordered in July. It is now September 21, 2023.

So sad because the bathing suits I received I loved.

Received a bathing suit I ordered in good time, and I really like it. Shipping was a little difficult to track but overall good shopping experience.

Even using the "size chart" item received was not a fit for "mayure" women as stated.
However, offer of 50% refund and keep item to give away was acceptable.
Customer service was prompt, and refund was made as promised.
