After I contacted Elsiu about my missing order that the postal service said wasn't delivered and had in fact been sent back due to unpaid postage, a week later I did receive my package. Thank you so much for following through to get my items to me!

The items were very thin, bathing suit almost see through. Returning items was a real hassle and I had to follow through several times to get a refund.

Quality is good. Fit was off for me as well as it took several days to ship and then over a week to get. Was hoping to get for a trip but now I know I need to order a couple weeks at least ahead.

Ease of ordering, status updates of shipment, and (most important) quality and fit of suit. I love it!! Very feminine and flattering fit. True to size.

I am pleased with my order. The swim dress I ordered is lovely!

I feel very positive about the refund I received for the swimsuit that I didn't receive due to an address error. It is too late in the year now for me to want it. I will definitely shop with your company again. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Horrible. Trying to return, they are rude, no customer service number, saying I have to sendbback to UAE. HUGE SCAM. On top of that, terrible quality, weird material (dressed and shirts), not as pictured, the list goes on and on. Believe me, do NOT buy from them.

I'm convinced all these positive reviews were posted by fake people. I'm kicking myself for not investigating Elsiu more before ordering their swimwear. I fell for the "made in South Carolina" statement on their website and, like others, it took over a month for my order to arrive because it came from China. Thankfully, I was at least smart enough not to give them my credit card, and purchased through PayPal instead. I ordered 4 swimsuits for $150. I ordered two of the same style, a L and an XL, with the intent of returning the one that didn't fit. They sent me two XL, great. None of the suits fit well and were made of very thin material that I didn't even want to think about how clingy they'd be when wet. No invoice or statement was in the bag. Website says to use their official return form when sending back merchandise for refund and I must email them to ask for it. I did, and they responded asking me to list each SKU code and a reason why I needed to return each. I replied with this information and again asked for the official return form as well as their shipping address. Their response was "You don't need to send back and we will refund you US$45, is it ok with you?" I replied that they were basically nuts if they thought I was going to accept $45 when they owe me $150 and I copied/pasted the Return Guidelines from their website. I was very surprised to receive a response that offered me US$90. Seriously? When is a return merchandise refund negotiable? I've never encountered anything like this. Before responding I did a generic search on how much it would cost me to ship the crap back to China, of course I didn't have an actual address and China is a big country. The search results were based on delivery to a large metropolitan area so if Elsiu is located in some remote village it would end up being more than the $35 minimum for a 4lb package. I decided it was probably best for me to cut my losses and accept their $90 refund, which I did. I figured I'd never actually see my money, but the $90 showed up this morning as 'pending' on my credit card. Fingers crossed it goes all the way through. Lesson learned: NEVER order anything off a Facebook ad, ugh!

They are easy to work with when you have issues and answer very quickly.

Wrong Product was sent and then to return they first bargained. Then gave in but said I had to pay freight. Pay freight on their mistake? Also, I have screen shots of their site listing product made in South Carolina, USA and it had Made in China Tags all over it. Looks like they took that down since my encounter. Now I am fighting for refund because I paid with AE through PayPal, and they are fighting with each other on who owes who. So now I have no product and no money. This is a very bad company.

I loved all my items true to size but could have shipped faster that’s all

I was charged 14.99 for faster shipping but it still took about two weeks to receive it. The top is too small, I should’ve ordered an XXL instead of an XL. I wish the material was more cotton than polyester.

This site is definitely a scam in that what they advertise is not true. They state the clothes are made/come from South Carolina. They come from China and take at least a month to arrive. The swimsuits have very thin material and the pattern stretches/fades when put on. You are not likely to receive what you ordered, and when you try to return, they try to give you $12 back for a $120 order and have you keep their merchandise. I am currently arguing with them to honor their "30 Day Easy Return/Exchange" policy - you get one email response per week.

Like the product. Delivery takes longer than it should if it’s truly coming from w/i the US.

Love the clothing. Very well made and vibrant colors. Dresses true to size. Swimsuits, I would size up.
