Imagine your father dies and all of his money that he worked his whole life for, that he was anxious about on his death bed doesn't go to you but goes instead to a taxi driven by Ellis Jones. You get in the taxi and ask to be taken to point A. Point A being the management of his estate and filing of IHT. At point A you get out of the taxi with whatever money is left and go on your way. However, instead of driving to point A in a direct fashion they take several wrong turns. All the time the meter is running. They stop for breaks. They drive round in circles. After a while you start to tell them how to get to A but they ignore you and the meter keeps running. Eventually you ask explicitly to be let out because all your father's money is disappearing and you know how hard he worked for it. But no. This is where it gets good. At this point they ignore you, cease communicating but keep driving and driving. You're stuck in the cab. And you aren't getting the money. If that sounds like what you're after then I recommend Ellis Jones.

I suffered a assault at work that resulted in serious injury. I had already been on touch with another solicitor before hand and was told that it is part and parcel of my job and I basically need to get over it. I thought then that there was nothing I could do and just expect that it is what it is.
A couple months go by and I was told about Ellis Jones Solicitors and was told to give them a shout I was very reluctant and stated that they will only say the same and ignore me after some nagging by my family I thought I'd contact them and prove to them that no one cares.
However to my surprise they listened to everything I had to say and told me that they will be in touch. I honestly felt good that someone listened but thought nothing would happen and I wouldn't hear from them but again to my surprise I did they took my case very serious made me comfortable all the way through updated me with results. Even when they asked for me to sign some paperwork and me being me kept forgetting to do so they got in touch to remind me. The team worked extremely hard for me and I finally felt that I can now put this all behind me and move forward I can't not recommend these guys enough and can't thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family
