My order was delivered quickly (within 48 hours) and securely, I was kept well informed about delivery progress, and they went the extra mile by applying a promotional voucher code after I had already placed my order as a goodwill gesture. Will certainly look to them again for future purchases.

We bought a radio from this company, which unfortunately developed a fault which could not be rectified. As the model we had bought was no longer made, we were able to choose a replacement. This was a little more expensive, so we had to pay the difference in price, but the replacement we received is excellent, and the overall level of service from Ed at electricshop was really excellent.
