In response to your 1 Star Review we refute your comments, we have looked into your order details, checked all email communication and call recordings
You placed an order for a Sony TV with us which was promptly processed and delivery date arranged with you prior to dispatch for 3rd October. At the time you were also clearly advised (over the phone and via email) that in case the delivery failed couriers would charge us for delivery and return costs. Once everything was confirmed with you we arranged delivery on the agreed date
Although you received dispatch confirmation from us and Panther Logistics & a two hour time slot notification, at no point did you contact us to advise of any issues. If you had contacted us we could have advised the couriers to cancel.
When the couriers tried to deliver your order, you advised them that a “wrong item” had been sent and refused the delivery, this is untrue as we supplied the correct item as per your order. Yesterday afternoon during a telephone conversation you advised us that your father-in-law had already purchased the same television for you and that is why you have refused this delivery.
Subsequently you were advised over the phone and via email that the failed courier delivery charges would apply.

Fantastic customer service!! I ordered through a third party company and there was a problem (due to the third party company) but customer service couldn’t have been any more helpful and obliging and they sorted the whole thing out immediately!! Thank you guys for helping and for keeping 5* customer service alive! They obviously believe in total customer satisfaction above profit - not many left but I will certainly be using this company again! Thank you so very much

Terrible Arrogant Customer Service
Terrible arrogant customer service. More like dealing with someone on EBay- actually that’s probably not fair on most Ebay traders. More interested in what can’t do than can do. Ordered Samsung Frame, advert didn’t specify colour frame (available in wide choice). I think these guys won’t be around long .

In response to your review and comments in regard to your telephone conversation with a member of our team.
I have looked into your order in detail and listened to the phone call recordings. As standard, the Samsung Frame TV that you ordered only comes with a Black Bezel, this is not sold with any colour Bezels when supplied by Samsung themselves, this is also same with all other retailers for the standard model number
You were advised that other colour bezels are available as an optional extra which is the same from all retailers. You called our sales dept after placing an order asking for a Price Match with a company who is selling a refurbished version of this TV and not brand-new stock nor did it include Free 5 Year Warranty as with ours, hence this request was declined and the reasons why was explained in regard to our price match criteria.
You also asked if we would give you a White Bezel free of charge and were advised that we don't hold these in stock but did offer you a £20 goodwill discount towards your order and also advised that we are unable to offer any further discount on this. I don’t feel that your comments about our customer service team not been able to offer you more discount makes them “Terrible or Arrogant” Your questions were answered in detail and politely.
Subsequently you decided to cancel your order which was processed for you within a few minutes of us receiving your confirmation.

These security checks are usually random not something we control and are done purely to protect the account holder.
