The husky fridge I wanted was offered at a good price and in stock. I got a delivery day that suited me. Two days before delivery had an email with the delivery drivers details, so I could contact him, the day before delivery to get a eta for delivery. The very pleasant driver told me between 10 and 12. He arrived at 9.45 and helped to get the large package indoors.
Would definitely use Electrical Discount UK again.

Dreadful, Purchased a dishwasher form them via amazon. It is faulty and has been impossible to contact them. Eventually this reply

''You would need to call Zanussi to see if the item is still under warranty and get them to send an engineer out''

That's their standard of customer service! Also not true - it is up to the retailer to organise repairs etc - not for me to organise with Zanussi. Appalling

This is the first time I have used this company. I originally ordered an integrated fridge/freezer, a couple of days later I ordered a dishwasher. I phoned them to confirm both items would be delivered together. I spoke with a very helpful chap (Graham) , unfortunately the dishwasher was nil stock , I was offered an upgrade to a better quality dishwasher and was given extra discount for my inconvenience. The whole order was delivered on time and very professionally by another helpful chap (Eric) .

Placed an order April 4th and no news since despite emailing customer service. Absolutely appealing. Definitely not recommended.

Very happy with the purchase & delivery.
The price reduced a couple of days before delivery but a quick phone call later and they price matched without a quibble.

Beware Electrical Discount UK do not indicate when an item is not in stock - their website will allow you to place an order without warning - when you are in fact back-ordering. I was charged for a fridge that was not in stock. Five weeks later and I'm still waiting

Excellent service from start to finish, from Graham taking the order who was very helpful and informative regarding a stand for my tv.the free delivery time of 2 days was brilliant. I was kept in formed by Andy the delivery driver regarding the time of delivery.Andy was extremely helpful he even assembled the stand and set up the tv.(thank goodness)I will definitely be recommending Electrical discount and using for any other purchases.Both employees are a credit to them.thanks again

The £799 cooker they sold me broke within 3 weeks. I have been Declined a refund, declined exchange. But told the quickest they can get an engineer to me is in 5 weeks.
I am devastated. First and last time I will buy from this company.
Also, they were made aware that I had 10 steps to my property before delivery, but sent one person so I had to make alternative arrangements to get it up my steps. I didn't listen to the bad reviews. I wish I did. Now I have to hope trading standards can help and get me and exchange or my money back.

this was our second cooker due to the first one from another shop not working on Fitment,So eventually getting our money back over the following weeks to come,Many companies quoting several weeks to get one in stock,Spoke to these people and it came two days later,a slight bit of a fav to get the cooker fitted as we were only gas before so had to get a box fitted to run the cooker it is up and running sweat lets hope this stays the same in the future

Went mostly smooth, the only hiccup was not receiving a confirmation order which was resolved by giving them a call.

Ordered a new LG 55 nano TV. Great product, great picture, delivered on time. Reliable seller, would use again for future tech purchases 👍

Were do I start ? Joke of a company applied for fianace through them, they took a £47.90 deposit of me then I went and done the credit application and got declined. Why take my deposit and then decline my application? Still waiting to get my deposit back I’m sure your not allowed to take someone deposit before you go through the credit application 🤔

Don't order here, unless you want your tv 14 days after you order.

Weve just move into a new house and ordered a cooker on Thursday for it to be delivered Saturday.

To then receive and email saying the courier is now fully booked and they won’t be able to deliver it until next Saturday. Which wouldn’t be a problem but we have a young child and unfortunately can’t afford to live off of takeaways until then, I honestly think this is terrible service. They did offer us a refund but I don’t think that is exceptable.

Will not be using them in the future.

Appalling conduct. Supplied a faulty hob, dlivered Sept 2020, fitted 04 March this year. Not fully functional - timer does not work. I exercised my statuatory right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to request repair or replacement without cost, as fault was found within 6 months of purchase.

The comany tried vainly to evade their statutory obligation on the basis that the claim was outside their "30 day return policy". This is not a valid opt-out and isillegal as it contravenes the above Act. Presumeably, they are used to gettingaway with such excuses.

I have now sent them a statutory letter exercising my statutory right to a full refund. They do not appear to grasp that they have no option.

Easy to order once their online shop problems were resolved. Great customer service online and on the phone - very helpful, friendly and responsive with all my queries regarding my purchase (I was even offered a little discount on the phone to price match another online site). Once ordered, delivery information and method communicated clearly and accurately to the far reaches of the South West :) Wouldnt hesitate to make another purchase of a large domestic electrical item again from Electrical Discount UK. Thanks all - I love my new item - arrived in perfect condition.

Really poor website. Wasted a lot of time trying to buy a fridge freezer. The checkout process wasn't working for card payments and it kept going in circles after adding the item to the basket - an issue acknowledged by the customer service team. After I placed the order through PayPal I got an email saying the item was out of stock. I was told a refund has been processed but ended up wasting a lot of time due to a very poor website.
