Really good experience with Ekco sales and the installation. They were able to customise it and tie in with our landscaper. The installation team worked well and the standard of the work was extremely high. We are delighted with the finished product and would encourage others to follow a similar path.

This company just keeps on giving and providing great post installation (2019) support! Unfortunately, I broke my key in the lock to one of my bi-fold doors last month. Ewan & team came out and fitted a new lock with a new set of keys....and advised that there would be no charge ! So good to deal with a company that is conscientious , professional & cares - can be a rarity these days! The product is high quality too - as we have experience of other bi-fold doors, which aren't in the same league as Ekco . Great Customer Service - Understated Excellence from this team - thank you !

Great experience end to end with the Ekco Team, big Thanks to Craig and Amy for their professionalism in dealing with our request and managing to get us a quote very close to our budget for a glass room. The installation by Euan and Callum was fantastic, no issues so far with finished product. The install was completed very efficiently and the guys cleaned up after themselves every day they were here. Very knowledgeable, very professional, we would be happy to recommend Ekco to anyone.

We’ve had windows and French doors fitted on 3 separate occasions over the last few years by EKCO, and the service has consistently been excellent. Great communication before and after, always punctual, friendly, and very tidy, cleaning up afterwards. A couple of minor issues (unrelated to the fitting team) have been dealt with promptly and pleasantly. We will need another set of windows to complete renovations and won’t hesitate to use the EKCO team again.

I bought my amazing bifold door with Ekco but unfortunately I gave the responsibility for installation to my Contractor. At the end I paid 2x as I had to have Ekco Team here helping me to solve installation issue. Brian & Kyran were at my home and reinstalled the door again. WHAT'S A DIFFERENCE! They were so knowledgeable, professional, kind, clean. They solved all the issues that I had been facing (cold air coming from the door, condensation, noise from outside, others).
I highly recommend them. And I will never more leave the responsibility to another Team. They are the ones!!!!!!!

I had some work done recently by the installation team after getting Dutemann sliding doors and Origin windows from Ekco for my extension a couple of years ago. The experience was great back then…. Delighted to say the installation team is amazing as ever. Euan was first class to deal with and his communication was excellent. Karol and Brian are unbelievably professional and clearly take great pride in their work. I was worried about things being damaged due to the nature of the work being carried out but they were so careful and the place was spotless after. Cannot recommend these guys enough, pleasure to deal with and are all genuine good people. Their amazing work and professionalism was very much appreciated.

As part of our house refurbishment EKCO installed new sliding doors for us, which are fantastic. From our initial showroom visit and meeting with Craig, right the way through the ordering and installation process, everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, well organised and courteous.
We had a minor aftercare question/concern which was followed up very promptly by a site visit, organised by Craig and Euan. The two gentlemen who came on site were very polite, professional and extremely tidy.
For all of the above reasons, I would highly recommend using EKCO as a company.

EKCO have recently completed a bathroom refit and installed new sliding patio doors for us.
We found them very easy to deal with: well organised; knowledgeable and courteous staff; great product choices; work completed to a high standard.
The bathroom in particular was a really awkward space and both jobs required bespoke solutions.
Despite the challenges we were impressed with the quality of the work and are very pleased with the results.
We’d be happy to use them again and to recommend to others.

Ekco made the process of getting a new kitchen easy. From design to the final day on site I could not recommend them enough.

Ekco have recently renovated my mothers kitchen and she is in love with the space. She spends all her time there and enjoys baking now that she is retired. Can’t thank the fitters and the office enough for keeping us in the loop with progress and answering all our questions. Would highly recommend.

Lovely showroom in Uphall and plenty of product on display. Ended up getting bifolding doors last year so my review is long overdue. Recently had a remedial issue and the customer care I received was great. I must thank Callum for arranging for replacement parts and for a fitter to attend. Thank you ekco.

Had a great experience with ekco from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and communicated well throughout our project. The tradesmen were efficient and showed up on time. I was very impressed by their standard of workmanship and how they would tidy up after themselves. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I’m delighted with my new bathroom.

Design process with Hollie was enjoyable, and a beautiful bathroom design was created. I would recommend Ekco for design purposes only, and would actively discourage anyone from using Ekco for any further work.

Scheduled start date had to be chased and was eventually pushed back, to commence on 30/09/2021. I was given a 10 day schedule of work, and was surprised but pleased the new bathroom could be completed so quickly.

The work begun, and encountered delays. At the end of each day, I would confirm with the guys on site, who was due to come the following day, as there were various plaster/tiler/electricians scheduled on different days. The guys on site would state the bathroom was not ready for the plaster/tiler/electrician who would be rescheduled, and they themselves would be back on site to complete the work that was still pending, before the next stage could go ahead.

This did not materialise. Each day the plaster/tiler/electrician was originally scheduled for, they would turn up, and it would be left to me to let them look at the bathroom and confirm Ekco stated the schedule would be updated as necessary. None of the contractors were informed about the delays.

I would then call the office and state the plaster/tiler/electrician has turned up unaware they were not needed today. Then no-one else would turn up for the day as the Ekco team had not scheduled anyone else to come in, despite knowing from the day before they had not completed the work as necessary. This added additional delays, work was finally completed on 23/11/2021. The 10-day project took 8 weeks to complete.

Despite the length of time taken and frustration at the poor project management, I was initially pleased with the look of the final result. The bathroom on the surface looks great. After spending over 10k on the bathroom, and the time taken by workmen I was confident this must mean the bathroom and work completed are top quality. This is not the case. Less than 18 months since completion of a brand new bathroom completely designed and installed by Ekco, including new pipework, there is a leak into the property below.

I called Ekco asking for a plumber to be sent out asap as with any leak it is an urgent situation. I was informed that as it has been over 12months since the installation there would be a call out charge. As this is an urgent situation created by the work they performed, I said fine, please send someone out asap, as the water is escaping through my downstair neighbours lights. I was then informed their schedule is full this week, and they cannot fit me in.

This is laughable considering the poor project management, and lack of schedule maintenance seen throughout the entirety of my bathroom project. Absolutely shocking lack of aftercare or consideration for the work they have completed, which must have been poorly executed for a leak to occur after only 17months of being installed.

Would not recommend Ekco for any work to be completed, poor project management, poor quality of workmanship, and poor customer care.

Really impressed with our purchase and installation of a spitfire door with Ekco. The sales experience was great, all our questions answered in detail and without hesitation. The installation was carried out professionally and was extremely well done, and well finished. Euan came out twice before the installation to answer our questions and, with good humour, reassure us that everything would go smoothly - and he was right! Guys were great on site. Friendly, polite, professional and left everything clean and tidy. Really happy with the service provided. Thanks…

The company fitted new windows and a sliding door to our balcony. We are delighted with the result and would be happy to recommend this company to other customers.

We purchased a Solarlux Glass Garden Room which was completed in February 2022. They have since returned to carry out minor snagging items very efficiently and professionally. Quality of the product, work, staff and experience has been excellent. I would have given 5 stars but I felt that a more detailed pre installation survey would have saved time and costs on site. However, despite difficulties subsequently discovered on site, Ekco honoured their contracted commitment without question. Their attention to detail was evident throughout. The Glass Room has been an incredible, and much admired, addition to our home.

I am very pleased with my bathroom. It’s a very high standard and looks great.
There were a few problems with workmen, but they were resolved as quickly as they could. They were a bit slow to admit the mirror was faulty and tried to repair it at first, but they did eventually replace it.
What I really liked about the company was that they always replied to me as soon as they could and returned all my calls. I would use Ekco again.

Diagnosed and solved a tricky problem with French doors opening onto balcony. Full explanation given and job carried out with professional thoroughness and good communication throughout. Site left very tidy. Very satisfied.
